19 Months Post Op Swelling After Sport

I was basically cleared for sport back in April. Slowly getting back into tennis. I’ve been moving well all summer. On Friday, I was rallying with my wife and left a sharp pain on inside of my knee. It quickly subsided so I played a bit more until it happened again. Called it right there. It was swollen a good 48hrs and has improved yesterday and today.

I’m still nervous I did something and booked an appointment with my surgeon to just take a look and feel around tomorrow afternoon.

This level of swelling has only happened once about 12 months ago while at the beach. Back then I thought I messed it up too partly because I was still recovering/rehabbing.

Anyone else dealt with something like this?

Godin Stove

Buying a house and there’s a Godin Stove. I’m more accustomed to a traditional wood burning stove or fireplace insert. What am I looking at here? It appears to open from the top.

Grading

What’s the rule for submitting thicker cards for grading? Can I send in the one touch or do I have to put in a card saver?

Goal to reduce LDL

37M, 5’10”, 175lbs

I’m fairly active playing tennis several days a week, or walking 18 holes of golf. Tore my ACL in ‘25 playing basketball so my active sports dropped significantly for a while. Eating a lot better (more greens, less red meat), added soluble fiber to my morning routine.

I don’t have my next blood panel until Oct. Realistically, whats my realistic target if I do the right things? What else can I be doing to get this under 100?

My eyes are closed

Hi, I played golf with my FIL and BIL and my eyes are either squinting or closed. Can someone fix this and open my eyes. I’m the one on the left in both. Included a picture for reference.

Edit: adding another reference photo
