Im trying to get better face swaps than FaceFusion/ReActor alone. FaceFusion works, but results often look fake/plastic and not fully natural.

I have 100+ high-quality photos of my own face: front, side angles, cropped face, full body, different lighting, expressions, etc.

My idea is:

• Train a face LoRA from my dataset
• Use ReActor/FaceFusion only for the basic swap/alignment
• Then use FLUX/ComfyUI inpaint + LoRA to refine only the masked face
• Goal: keep target pose/body/hair/background/lighting, but make the face more realistic and closer to my identity

Is this the best current approach, or is there a better 2026 workflow?

Also, should I use:

• ReActor blended face model + LoRA refine?
• IPAdapter/FaceID/PuLID?
• FLUX Fill / Qwen Image Edit?
• pure LoRA inpaint?
• some other ComfyUI workflow?

Main goal: realistic photo face swap, not full image generation.

I found a seller offering AWS accounts with $100 credit or DigitalOcean accounts with $200 or Google Cloud with 300$ credit for around $5-10.

I only want to host a few small bots and websites. this is my usecase mainly, and some n8n automation, everything is ready to setup in one click (i have made script and github data and config) so like setup wont give me much trouble

I want family accounts to see only family photos, not my work or personal photos.

What is the best setup for this?

• Separate Immich users?
• Shared albums?
• External libraries?
• Separate Immich instances?

My main concern is proper privacy and separation.

Hi all,

Designing a G+2 home (~2000 sq ft/floor) for a joint family on a corner plot with a garden at the back.

• Ground: Parents + grandmother
• First: Brother + family
• Second: Uncle + me

Goals:

• Semi-independent floors
• Pantry on upper floors
• Good ventilation (garden side)
• Parking for 1 car + 4–5 scooters
