how is everyone tracking their biomarker data long term

im getting so tired of digging through old pdfs from different clinics just to see if my protocols are actually moving the needle on things like apob and crp

i ended up just putting an ios app together called meridian that scans paper labs and automatically charts the trends. I made it completely offline and faceid locked beacuse I really dont want my health data sitting on some random cloud server

curious what everyone else is using right now

Building a gym app for the ray-bans, need early tester

Hey guys, Im building a hands free gym/workout tracking app for the Meta Ray-Bans but need a massive favor. Is there anyone here who lifts and actually has the glasses who would be down to be an early tester?

I'm putting together a small list of early members to get early access and help figure out exactly what features it needs, before the official launch.

If you have ideas on what it should include or if you just want to join the early access list just drop a comment below or send me a DM

hey everyone. dealing with endos is completely exhausting and keeping track of endless UFCs, midnight salivas and bloodwork over years is a nightmare. especially when youre just trying to prove cyclical highs to a doctor who won't listen.

i got totally fed up with the broken healthcare system and built an ios app that lets you just point your camera at paper lab printouts. it scans them locally and automatically builds trend graphs so you can literally shove your phone in your doctors face to show the spikes.

i made sure everything is 100% offline and locked behind faceID so there are no accounts or creepy cloud servers. its just you and your data. i just launched it and honestly im completely out of money right now so im not here to sell you guys anything. im actually just looking for brutally honest feedback from people who actually have to track this stuff to survive

if anyone wants to try it out drop a comment and ill DM you the app store link and a promo code to unlock the premium version for free

Hi all. Managing the endless paper printouts for Ferritin, Iron Binding Capacity, and Hematocrit is a nightmare, especially trying to show the hematologist the trendlines after a phlebotomy. I built a native iOS app that scans the paper reports and graphs the numbers offline (no cloud servers, local encryption only). I'm looking for a few beta testers from this community to scan their past 6 months of iron panels to see if the chart formatting holds up. Drop a comment if you're interested and I'll send you a free lifetime code

Tired of messy endo spreadsheets. I built an offline app to scan & chart Prolactin/Cabergoline trends. Need 10 people to test it

Hey everyone. Tracking my prolactin, E2, and Free T across a dozen different paper printouts from my endocrinologist was driving me crazy. I couldn’t find an app that didn't require a cloud account (I refuse to put my endocrine data on a server). I'm an iOS dev, so I built an app that uses on-device AI to scan paper labs and instantly turns them into horizontal trend charts. 100% offline. FaceID locked. I want to see if the biomarker dictionary handles pituitary panels correctly. I have 10 free Beta codes let me know in the comments if you want to test it out and I’ll DM you.

im about a year into my protocol and my clinic uses quest. their portal is straight garbage for actually comparing my past e2, shbg and total t. right now im manually typing everything into a massive excel sheet every 3 months but its getting exhausting.

is there a better alternative or is everyone just doing this manually
