Looking for advice on pricing. Dealer wants $38,500

2024 Mustang ecoboost premium with roughly 5000 miles. Dealer has list price at 37500 and quoted me 38500 otd. I started negotiation at 32k and went up to 34k but that is my ceiling. Is that reasonable. My personal research and similar spec Mustang pricing says yes but I’d like some more opinions.
For extra context this car was listed at 41500 MSRP brand new. The dealership has had this car for 45 days.

*edit I am NOT interested in buying a GT. My only question is regarding a fair price on THIS car*

Does it look totaled?

Going to take it to body shop just kinda stressing right now and looking for opinions.
Had just gotten off of interstate when the car in front of me jerked over into the turn lane. There was another car in front of them and I immediately slammed the brakes but wasn’t able to stop in enough time to avoid impact.
Other car had a spare tire and walked about with virtually no damage.

33m and unsure how to invest wisely in 401k.

Make roughly 60k a year. Fully funded IRA. Just getting started only about $300 in 401k currently but everything is in the target 2055 fund and I feel like that might be a mistake. Will take any advice anyone has to offer. Still trying to educate myself but would like outside opinions.

Silent Hill f is only $35 at GameStop.

Just grabbed this yesterday. New copy at GameStop for $35 I think until the end of the month. Not sure if it’s been posted, but I’ve personally been waiting for a sale on a physical copy. Finishing SH2R currently can’t wait to jump right into this.

Happy the pre-owned($32.99)I tried to buy yesterday didn’t have a case. Secured this today new ($34.99) GameStop.

Spend $2 more and got brand new. Love when something works out for once.

Tried to catch 123,456.7. Forgot for a second and barely missed it.

Missed it by 1.4 😫. Needed the win, and gas 🤣

*edit/PSA* P=Park. I was not driving when I took either picture.

Just getting started and feeling behind but trying to educate myself a little. This is the company 401k offered. Honestly still learning what I’m looking at but anyone more experienced have an opinion or any insight on this.
For context I am 33m. Income around 60k.
Also planning to start a Roth IRA as well soon
