Two very cool things from July 4 1976 -- the tall ships in NY Harbor and The Boston Pops that night
I was 16 years old in 1976. The Bicentennial was amazing. Glad the tall ships are back tomorrow morning. And Arthur Fiedler and The Boston Pops concert from that night will be on YouTube -- starting tomorrow at noon ET. Catch them if you can!

reddit.comAlert to anyone using or considering the Sidekick Tools app
Hey everyone, just wanted to put out a quick warning for fellow resellers looking into or using cross-listing apps, specifically regarding Sidekick Tools.
I recently discovered that when an item sells on another platform, Sidekick's automated system completely deletes the listing from Poshmark instead of marking it "Not For Sale" (as Poshmark heavily prefers).
Poshmark’s algorithm actively monitors accounts for rapid or excessive listing deletions, which can flag your account for suspicious bot activity or spam. Marking items "Not For Sale" is the safest way to protect your account health while keeping your listing history and likes intact.
I reached out to their support, and they showed no willingness to adjust this workflow to be more Poshmark-friendly. I'm not willing to risk my account or my good standing with Poshmark over a hard-coded setting, so I'm moving away from them.
Just wanted to give a heads-up to anyone else trying to stay compliant with Poshmark's platform rules! There are other all-in-one alternatives out there (like OneShop, Nifty AI, or Flyp/Vendoo combos) that actually respect the "Not For Sale" rule.
This time it took going to my OLD PHONE to open Chrome and discover WHAT LISTING the Etsy message was referring to. Good to solve the mystery as the buyer’s offer was very reasonable-- and acceptable.
Does Etsy even care about buyers and sellers anymore??? We're NOT test subjects!
Thanks for letting me vent.
