I'm SO late for that gratifying payoff
Louise is my queen. I just barely finished this series, so I'm way late with this. That misogynistic, manipulative, gaslighting, saviour complexed, bitchass loser got FUCKED! As someone who escaped a psycho boyfriend with my life and by the skin of my teeth, I'm inspired. Being as late as I am, I have no actual idea what the popular consensus was on the finale. I'm happy I powered through that psychopath's rationalizing and self aggrandizing inner monologues to see his ass handed to him. Of course, he's still utterly deluded while he toils away in a cell.
