Mijn vriendin en ik hebben een nieuwbouwwoning toegewezen gekregen (hoera!).

Er komt komende tijd even veel op ons af, zo ook naar de notaris gaan voor het tekenen van de akte van levering en de hypotheekakte.

Bij onze woning is voor bovenstaande en projectnotaris toegewezen. Ik weet niet of ik ze mag noemen, maar het is een volgens mij een aardig groot notaris bedrijf met 4 locaties in de Randstad.

Wij hebben geen kinderen (ook niet op de planning), zijn niet getrouwd (ook niet op de planning), en hebben een aardig ongelijk inkomen (ca. 70.000 vs 35.000). Na wat onderzoek leek het mij daarom handig om naast een samenlevingscontract ook testamenten en een draagplichtovereenkomst op te laten stellen. Over dat laatste ben ik niet 100% zeker, dus hier ben ik ook benieuwd naar of dit überhaupt nodig is.

Voor het laten opstellen van een samenlevingsovereenkomst, twee testamenten en een draagplichtovereenkomst beginnen de kosten bij deze notaris bij een bedrag van € 2850. Ik ga er dus vanuit dat het waarschijnlijk nog meer zal zijn. Nu vind ik dit een aardig bedrag, en denk ik wel dat ik bij een andere notaris goedkoper uit zal zijn, maar hier ben ik ook niet zeker over.

Maar is het überhaupt handig om voor bovenstaande een andere notaris te zoeken, of kan ik dat het beste gewoon laten doen bij de projectnotaris en alles in één keer te tekenen? Ik weet het even niet meer, juridische zaken zijn niet mijn beste kant.

Eigenlijk heb ik 3 vragen:

1. Is een draagplichtovereenkomst handig in onze situatie?
2. Is een bedrag van €2850 (wss hoger) normaal voor een samenlevingsovereenkomst, twee testamenten en een draagplichtovereenkomst?
3. Is het handig om voor de overeenkomsten/testamenten een andere (goedkopere) notaris te zoeken dan de projectnotaris waar wij de akte van levering en hypotheekakte gaan tekenen?

First of all, I am not a vegan, but am very interested in plant based food on a very high level, like fine dining/michelin standard.

I have eaten at many plant based fine dining restaurants, and the techniques/dishes they can make without using animal products absolutely blew me away.

However, it seems that it's very difficult to find recipes on the internet that showcase such recipes. 99% of the recipes I find are just normal recipes that replace meat with a portobello or seitan that can be done in 30 minutes.

I want very difficult recipes, that involve many cheffy techniques, and many hours, to get the most out of the beautiful plant based produce we have. I have a lot of kitchen tools in my kitchen, but not the recipes I am looking for.

So I am asking r/vegan, are there websites or even cookbooks that have recipes that I am looking for?

Hi all.

Next week I will be going to Japan, and the 15th of june I will be in Osaka.

I am half Dutch and half Japanese, have always lived in the Netherlands but I speak decent Japanese and have been here many times.

On 15th of june, 05:00 (AM), the Netherlands will be playing Japan in the football world cup. I would love to see this game in bar with other people, but I have a few questions:

1. Where will I find bars that will stream the match at 05:00 in the morning?

2. Would Japanese fans mind if Dutch fans watched a match together in a bar? I wouldn't think so but I would still like to know.

3. I would love to watch the match with Japanese people, or should I just stick to an British pub with only tourists?

I will be staying close to Namba station by the way, would love to hear your input!

Hi all, in two weeks time I will be traveling to Japan for a month.

I am not looking for recommendations on where to eat, but I am looking for experiences, tours, factory visits or any other activity that showcases traditional japanese food or other unique experiences.

I will be passing through the prefectures of Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Wakayama, Nara, Nagasaki, Fukuoka, Saga and Kumamoto.

Things I have planned so far are:

- Visiting a soy sauce factory in Yuasa

- Soba noodle workshop in Minamiaso

- Yamazaki distillery tour in Osaka

- Knife making workshop in Osaka

I need more! Would love anything related to food in the form of museums, workshops, factory visits or tastings. I would also be interested in less traditional food experiences, for example, a Japanese vineyard or cheese factory. Would love to hear any recommendations!
