Don’t forget to obtain your badge or honor by doing your civic duty

Reminder - There are subs out there devoted to sabotaging this game and your time. This destruction of value must be met with the shame it deserves. The Warzone is wherever freedom is in danger.

i9 started to throttle overnight with no changes

My i91400k starting throttling overnight. Yesterday my PC was working fine, max temp 85C under load, idles around 43C. Now maxing at 100C this morning, under load. I’ve looked at dust and connections and reseated connectors. Felt the tubes going to and from radiator and felt one warm tube and one normal, like it should. Reseated the cooler as well. Pump is showing normal RPM in software. I don’t get it. Anyone know what the issue could possibly be?

Why would a smiter paladin want to use grief if the main attack is smite?

I’m leveling up a smiter paladin for the first time and checking out some guides. The guides all point to grief for the weapon hand but when I switch out any weapons, it makes no difference on my smite attack damage unless the weapon is increasing my skills. What am I missing as part of the smiter gameplay or are there hidden damage stats I should be aware of?

Watching streamers get nukes is fun but….

These guys, which most are very skilled and aware, are having multiple games and win streaks ruined by aim botters and wallers. What’s it going to take to get these criminals off of Warzone and what’s it going to take to persecute the perverts that make cheat websites personally liable for sabotaging a product? Allowing losers to cheat the system and ruin the product of millions of legitimate players isn’t acceptable.

Thoughts on best use for this belt

Found on single player. I’m thinking I can use this best on a caster or summon necro. Is this considered good and what would be best application?

It’s that time of year you will be receiving a statement regarding the calculated value of your property, in the eyes of the assessor.

I receive mine last week and decided to take a look at recent sales prices. Being that all houses, even in the same neighborhood, are not equal, I took some square footage calculations and found out my neighborhood’s most recent sales averaged $165 per square foot. My valuation came in at $290 per square foot (YIKES).

This is the part where I decided to call the number on the valuation statement to see if there was a mistake or some set of data I may be missing. I was transferred over to the assessor who referred me to the city of Duluth Sales Book for last year (valuations are about 1 year behind), which may account for some of the discrepancy but I don’t recall a market correction.

Anyway, I dig into the sales book and find some pretty high-priced houses being sold. The book is transparent enough to also provide square foot of the house. Great! Now I can do some algebra and find answers. I do find that my price per square foot isn’t terribly off (+11%), but now I’m wondering what happened to price per square foot over the year and this is where I find something interesting.

Out of the 30+ properties sold in my neighborhood, 23 of them had their square footage understated, artificially increasing the price per square foot valuation. The average $ per square foot increased $46 due to this understatement, resulting in much higher valuations
