See #3 about the picture of what the stone looks like after I took off the pizza...

So I've done a few pizzas now and I'm getting thumbs down from everyone. And today was the weirdest...

1 i didn't put the pizza in until my instant read said 540 degrees

2 it was fresh store-bought dough , but not bad though. The dough was cold The dough was cold out of the fridge and stretched and rolled till it was pretty thin.

3 see in a picture how some of the crust is stuck to the stone? Which made it difficult so she's another things ended up on there as I tried to get it off

4 i think I use plenty of flour on the outside of the dough and theSteel

5 after 5 minutes, some of the dough was stuck to the stone , and the pizza itself was still doughy

6 lastly, the dough it puffed up again and I was going for a thinner crust

Please help. Does the dough need more flour? Is the stone not hot enough? Is my steel not covered enough?

Would you take a bad contract to add players? Hypothetical exercise, don't kill me!

Masai has been fantastic at accumulating assets without giving much up. And we're younger. I really like that.

I think most acknowledge that our depth is really in the 3-5 positions.

Would you consider using our TPE and Klay (to Miami), to get more young guard/wing depth, even if we had to take on a bad contract? I'll give an example below but it's really a discussion about accumulating assets and keeping picks for a bad contract.

One hypothetical is Peyton Watson by taking on Christian Braun (one of the worst contracts in the league). A young guy who's shooting went down last year but is historically a good shooter.

Denver gets out from that bad contract for giving up Watson BUT NO PICKS.

Peyton Watson is young, very good defender, and shoots 41% from 3 as a wing (2-3, not 3-4). Sign him for $20m

It's more of a hypothetical around what people are willing to sacrifice for what they get back...

So this hypothetical...

Dallas gives up:

TPE to Denver Klay to Miami

receives

Watson s&t Braun

Miami gives up

Jovic 2nd

Receives

Klay

Denver gives up

Watson Brahn

Receives

TPE for Braun Jovic 2nd

If we could add Watson and Braun for Klay and the TPE, keep our picks... Is this worth the sacrifice of taking on a bad contract?

Is it wrong that I'm waiting for Maisai to figure a secret S&T with Denver for Peyton

We have lots of really good value forwards.

We have too many players on the roster.

We need more outside shooting.

We need another guard.

Could he be orchestrating a multi team deal so Denver gets what they want?

In two years, I feel like a 25yo two way guard with an outside shot making $25m is not that expensive.

I'm dreaming, right? Lol

All things being equal now... Lively or Cason Wallace?

In the 2023 draft, the Mavs draft Cason Wallace, then trade him and Bertans to OKC for DLive2 and a TPE.

Seemed like a great move at the time.

With Lively's injury issues, what are your thoughts on that trade now? Wallace has played 220 games the last three seasons. DLive2 has played 98.

Smoker died post sous vide on corned beef/pastrami

Anyone oven roast their "corned beef" with liquid smoke after sous vide? How did you do it? Thanks. I'm totally bummed.

[Amick] All-NBA forward Jalen Duren was underwhelmed by the Detroit Pistons’ initial offer in restricted free agency and is planning to explore sign-and-trade scenarios when they are permitted on Tuesday, league sources told The Athletic.

> All-NBA forward Jalen Duren was underwhelmed by the Detroit Pistons’ initial offer in restricted free agency and is planning to explore sign-and-trade scenarios when they are permitted on Tuesday, league sources told The Athletic.

> League sources say the gap between the two sides is large enough that Duren is now considering ways to land elsewhere, with the sign-and-trade route deemed preferable to signing an offer sheet with another team that the Pistons could, and likely would, match. And with some of the game’s best players potentially available this summer, including the Boston Celtics’ Jaylen Brown and the LA Clippers’ Kawhi Leonard, the question now becomes whether the Pistons might be willing to engage in those sorts of scenarios when that time comes.

> The Pistons, meanwhile, are known to be on the market for a significant roster upgrade this summer. League sources say they had serious interest in Austin Reaves before he re-signed with the Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday, and they’ve also been tied to Brown, Leonard and Tyler Herro (who was traded from the Miami Heat to the Milwaukee Bucks in the Giannis Antetokounmpo deal). Detroit has plenty of other in-house business to tend to as well, as 23-year-old, first-team All-Defense selection Ausar Thompson is eligible for an extension that could top out at five years and a combined $162 million.

What might the worth of our TPE be in trading up from #30?

Thinking about teams looking to dump contracts (Jonathan Isaac is one example). Might we be able to use that TPE to move up?

Take a bad deal for someone with a pick in the teens...

Is that not realistic?
