Bike shops?

Hey everyone, I’m in town for the week and wanted to check out yalls bike shops. Any particular places I should check out while in town? I’m more in the Ft. Worth area as opposed to Dallas but I’ll travel for the best.

Thanks!

Endurance bibs

Hello all, I’m looking to splurge a bit on a couple of luxury bibs. I know most people here seem to have the highest opinion on MAAP and Assos. Are these the best bibs I’m going to find? Also, I do all road riding, looking to build up to 100-miles, Is there a specific bib in these brands i should be looking at? MAAP has about 10 different bibs that are all around $400 that are all named something different.

What would you get if money was no object?

Thank you all!

NeoPro Jersey Sizing

Evening all, NeoPro is running a summer sale and I just want to pick up some extra jerseys for cheap, not looking to purchase bibs. I’m generally a M/L depending on brand so was wondering if anyone has any experience with their sizing? For reference, I am 5’10” 168 lbs, a little round around the stomach area but working on it.

A Rapha large is a little too loose and a Rapha Medium is super snug. I run a large in Pactimo’s aero line.

I know NeoPro is not the most reliable from my research here but I figured Jerseys will be okay and especially since they are on sale.

Condos inside the loop

Any recommendations on Condo Buildings inside the loop? Preferably west of downtown, south of 10, east of 610 and north of Brays. Might be interested in something in the Heights but would prefer to be on the south side of 10.

Any to stay away from or avoid?

Thanks!

Endurance Bike - Which bike?

Hello,

So my wife just gave me the okay to start looking for a new bike since we both got big promotions this year and after putting some actual thought into it, I decided to go with an Endurance bike. I don't race or plan to race and prefer the relaxed geometry of an Endurance bike but I would like to train for a century ride. I started biking again on a Kona Rove gravel bike and I absolutely love the bike but I want something built more for the road and use my gravel bike for, you know, actual gravel riding. I am in a very flat major city (2-400 ft of elevation gain on my regular 25 mi ride) so climbing isn't really a huge deal for me.

Budget is around $5000 although I'd prefer to go cheaper. I am looking for a full carbon endurance with 105 di2. I don't necessarily NEED electronic shifting, but since my budget is where it is, I think I can get it and still stay in my budget. Only other thing is I am in America and Trek/Specialized support will be huge where I am but there are about 10 bike shops within 20-30 mins of where I live so I'm less concerned about support/service. Anything else I should look at that I might have missed?

What I have looked at so far and how I have them ranked in my head (no rhyme or reason) :
- Winspace Agile (huge fan of the white/teal, carbon wheels without having to upgrade)
- Specialized Roubaix SL8 Comp
- Canyon Endurance CF7 (Cheaper then top 2 choices)
- Cervelo Calendonia
- Bianchi Infinito
- Sava Bikes (Would save a ton of money but..)
- BMC Roadmachine One
- Cannondale Synapse 4
- X-Lab AD8
- Scott Addict
- Trek Domane (Too Expensive for Electronic shifting, Mechanical same price as most others Electronic)
- Pinarello X5 (Beautiful but $6000+)
