Help needed … shipping fee !
So I shipped a parcel via EMS to Oman. But because of the on going war situation Japan post accepted my parcel processed it at the outward exchange office and returned it back to zenmarket warehouse … ( my thoughts: why did they accept in the first place)
It was a big parcel and I had paid 14000 JPY for the shipping.
It has been 4 days since the parcel was returned, yet, the return is not reflected in my account.
Will I get the refund of the 14000JPY ?
P.S. Shipped more than 600,000 JPY worth of stuff previously. My experience with ZENMARKET is getting worse by the day .
