Insanely long loading time on apps/games

So i got my 3DS 2 weeks ago. I never had this problem until 2 days ago. It takes a long time to boot ANY app at all. Does anybody know the problem?

cant update hShop

FIXED!!!!
so i got my new 3ds xl today and i wanted to download some games, but hShop gives me an error.
"Server didn't return status code 200 (8)
Result code: 0xD8A3F808
Level: Permanent (27)
Summary: Invalid state (5)
Module: Application (254)"
and no, putting Google DNS in my DNS settings didnt help at all.

Half Life Alyx on ROG Ally X

I figured out the Ally X can run VR, although the temps were high so i needed an external fan to cool it. Due to financial problems the only thing i could afford was an ROG Ally X, i have an pc here but my bro always uses it and he doesnt give me cause "you have an Ally X already why do you need the pc?", so i used the Ally X to run VR. It was ok at times, sometimes the quality and FPS would glitch out for a second

How do i root Honor 10?

So my bro found his old Honor 10, it has EMUI 10 (i disabled updating, its updatable to EMUI 12), and i want to root it. Can yall tell me how to root it on both EMUI 12 and 10? (cause maybe i will downgrade to 10)

How to reset Parallel Space password if i dont know both the password and secret question (Without losing data)?

So i have bad memory and i forgot both the secret question and password, i tried to reset but it requires the password which i dont know.

I set up a fingerprint on it, but it asks only the password...
