Looking for a graphics card

So my friend bought a 1500€ gaming computer, trying it out, we found out it could not really games smoothly at all, hitting probabily sub 30 fps on Slime Rancher on the lowest settings, and getting poor performance regardless of the game.

Long story short, we called the seller and were told that the graphics card for this pc was already integrated in the processor, therefore making it lower quality and unable to run most games, (not to mention that the processor is Ryzen whereas from what I've seen online Nvidia is usually preferred for gaming).

We are not really well versed in building pcs so we're now looking for a decent graphics card that could actually run games, stuff like Dead Space, Assassin's creed, any indie horror title.

Here are the specs (copy and pasted from the Pc settings):

Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 9700X 8-Core Processor (3.80GHz)

RAM: 32 GB

GPU (Graphics card):AMD radeon(TM) Graphics (486 MB)

Storage: 932 GB (Pretty sure this one's useless but oh well)

Idk if it's relevant but it's a x64 bit based processor.

My friend already found some products online that could fit the bill but I don't know if posting links on this sub falls within the rules (I don't think so at least) but I wanted to know if anyone could help here, thanks in advance.

Edit: I'm an idiot and realized I can just write the names of the GPUs my friend found instead of posting the links so here you go:

GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 8 GB Desktop

GeForce RTX 5070 12 GB Desktop

GeForce RTX 3080 12 GB Desktop

These should all be compatible with his build, so let me know if these are good or if there are better options, Once again thanks in advance

Edit edit: Solved! Thank you so much everyone! So yeah, we got kinda swindled fron what everyone is saying, I already grilled him on doing more research, because fifteen hundred is a lot of money, but hey at least we solved it, Thanks again.

I have a gpu with knocked off components under vram and i believe the nv power supply aswell as the other sorounding areas.

i managed to tell there are knocked off ceramic capacitors under FBA 63-32, FBB 63-32 and FBC 31-0. Not sure what to tell except that there is missing ic for Q519 & U49(identified the ic already so no worries there) aswell as ceramic capacitors and resistors for U41.

id be happy to learn to read schematics for ms v513. i know how to use them, struggling to identify from schematic to the board and vice versa.

want to buy the replacement parts

I have e a b760i wifi with lga 1700 socket, got it from my someone after it got damaged by some careless friends of his It had a bunch of bent pins that I managed to bend back into place. One of those pins was ripped out, made sure it hadn't landed anywhere else shorting the motherboard. Does anyone know what that pin is and if its important?

Found this guy at random selling a 5090, 4090 and 3090TI. Visual examination show one of the cards with vram pads visible. I feel sad for whoever thinks this is a real deal someone would list.

Genuinely how do we stop ppl doing this?
