Are REH/REL the final stop for the algo before going to opposing liquidity?
Here is NQ today.
So on any other day if i took this inversion with my SL at the REH i would've been stopped out before they went lower. I noticed if they leave REH/REL in area like where the entry was they would sweep and then go lower.
Why did the algo ignore it?
your trade presents itself and you enter then REH/REL form? What do you do?
Do you:
A) Stay in the trade
B) Close the trade and wait for them to get swept and re enter?
C) Close the trade and be done.
On MNQ my analysis was on point and i wanted price to reach to take the REH at 29,419.75.
I entered long around 29,125 after the manipulation. At 10:25 equal lows were formed and i stayed in my trade even though i was a bit on edge because of this. Price ran up to 233 and started fizzling out and after 2 1m BISIs got disrespected i closed (ICT i'm sure says if 2 PD arrays got against you then you're ass is next). I genuinely thought they were going to take those equal lows or potentially drop and at that point the trade would be lower in probability.
As i'm writing this post we have gone up to 29,395 and i'm sure we are going to take 419.75 tbh but i'm kicking myself because i could've been in this.

I have a hypertonic PF and i struggle with frequent urination.
I realised i haven't been taking foam rolling as seriously as i should've been and now i'm doing it religiously feeling so much better and looser in my body which gives me hope however i realised either as i'm releasing these trigger points or shortly after i feel the urinary urgency increase and i end up going to the toilet.
Is this normal? I haven't been going to crazy with the pressure as far as i'm aware. I always feel good after the session.
Uploaded the mp3 file to a website (cba to have videos up on my youtube, i just browse and shit using that so feel free to upload the mp3 to any platform).

i made the main melody go on for longer in the song. I think the arrangement for the OG song is strange cause that melody is fire AF it needed to be extended.
