Is anyone else taking Soc 232 with Bryce this Summer?
I’m genuinely disgusted at the amount of textbook readings we have. 2 full thick chapters of pages to be done every 4 days for 8 continuous weeks. It’s not even like the chapters are short, they’re long and thick so it takes forever to get through any of them.
I’ve taken many condensed classes but this is in a league of its own - anyone else feeling the same way?

I am looking to buy a new monitor preferably 32inch or more for school moreso than gaming.
I’m in Canada and there are a couple deals on Best Buy and Staples but they’re catered more towards gaming laptops but they are around my price range of $250 Canadian.
I was wondering if anyone had a suggestion as to which monitor to buy. I’m don’t really care all that for in built speakers but just something I could easily triple screen side by side.
I will be using my MacBook in clamshell mode and I just want a larger screen that’s it. Like I said before, I’m not heavy into gaming but just something light for school and studying that’s it!

Anyone know how long USask takes to review transfer credits if it's at a university that is not on their course transfer list?
I have to take a course for a post-graduate program and I've been waiting for nearing 3 months with no timeframe. I've been told to just wait, but like damn I need to finish the course before applying which is Sept 1/26.
I'm thinking of taking it and then being forced to skip the Letter of Permission due to how long it takes and just "pray" it transfers over. Honestly, what a bs system.

I recently got water in my MacBook Pro 2021 and was advised to back up everything on my Mac before it randomly shuts off and becomes useless.
The thing is I’ve never backed this in my life. I’m a bit old school, so I dunno if I should use a hard drive vs SSD vs USB flash drive.
I am new to this type of thing so I believe I should get a 1tb hard drive but I heard the files can become corrupted?
I’ll attach some information below, but if anyone has done, what is the best and safest way to do it. I don’t mind spending north to $150.
