How does it make you feel? Does it feel too long, too short? What do you think of the lyrics? Does the melody sound too similar to another song? I was worried about this myself. It sounds so familiar but I couldn’t place it. maybe that’s a good thing.
I just got my new (to me) d18 back from a luthier to have a LR Baggs anthem pickup installed. It sounds a bit dull to me. Please let me know if I should reach out to the luthier or if I’m just hearing things.
I just got my D18 back from a luthier and noticed the 5th string sounded dull. Sounded thuddy on the 7th fret and up. I replaced the string and there’s some improvement but now i feel like the other strings sound dull as well? Not a ton of sustain. Could it be a saddle issue? Am i just hearing things?
