Drakes OVO logo on the official Toronto Raptors practice jersey
In what may be a first for the NBA and hip-hop, a hip-hop artist has their logo officially on a current NBA jersey.
Edit: I wanna piggyback off of this post to first make a correction, in that this has been a thing for the Raptors, according to other users. And second to link to a sub, I started specifically because of the mods over in hiphopheads responding to a message I sent them about why they were taking down post about Drake’s accolades to which they responded “fuck Drake”. So I started blkhiphopheads and despite what the title may insinuate, anybody that has any relationship or genuine connection to hip-hop culture is welcome 🫱🏽🫲🏾
