









Not sure what these rocks actually are, but I do recognize Jasper and Unakite with splashes of Quartz and Epidote.
I live near the Great Lakes in Ontario Canada where there are almost no Agates except for rocks such as Banded Chert and cold water Agates. What a joy to be in Nova Scotia and to find all these Agates. Worth the cost of gas (kind of) to make it to such a magical place.
Even with the rain and wind challenging me, this was the best day ever rockhounding.
I believe it may be a Plume Agate but it isn’t translucent.
Lake Superior rocks I just finished tumbling. Superior's rocks always look pretty good before you even tumble them. I included a before and after of the gold (possible) Plume Agate.
