Three Rado; three logos

Hi there. I found 3 watch that says “Rado” on it after cleaning house. I don’t understand why they have three different logos. Also they all have different case back (one of which has Chinese on it)

Are they worth getting a second professional look or they are pretty much Chinese special? Thanks in advance

Expat – rent 5.9 yrs, move back in to reset CGT 6‑yr rule, then rent again?

Hi all,

I’m working overseas, as such my PPOR has been rented since Jan 2026.

With the new CGT changes, would the following work?

· keep the place rented for 5.9 years (within first 6‑yr absence period)
· Move back in for a few months to re‑establish as my PPOR (resetting the 6‑yr clock)
· Rent it out again for another 6 years

Goal: keep the property as my deemed main residence over the long term, avoiding CGT when I eventually sell.

Yes, I know this is an annoying game – just trying to understand the rules as they now stand.

Deepsea D-blue dial is the most gorgeous among Sub, YM, and Sea-Dweller models IMO. The gradient fade from dark blue at the top half to black at the bottom half is absolute chef’s kiss 👌.

But as a daily wearer, the thickness and weight sometimes get to me. I figured I’d post some pics for reference in case you’re considering this model.

Got it in early 2024 and still love it. Wear it about once every other weekend. Though with the price hikes since 2024 (now damn near $16,000 USD), it’s not worth it for how often it gets wrist time.

If you have the wrist for this model (+7.5”) and you’re considering it, definitely go for it but I think the watch is worth closer to $12,000—not $16,000 where it’s priced now at retail, and you can find them for that on the secondary market. I paid about $15,200 from an AD for mine (first Rolex—gotta build that relationship, am I rite? 🤷).
