Indoor fairy garden

I built my wife an indoor fairy garden with a stream. The box is red cedar with a pond liner. A couple inches of 30ppi filter foam as the drainage layer. There is a pump hidden underneath the hobbit house and an ultrasonic fogger under the moss lid in the back. All of the non natural things were 3d printed.

I had a hell of a time trying to find information when building it. Please ask any questions if you are working on something similar.

Anthurium palidiflorum TC

I got my first three tissue culture plants about 3 weeks ago and one of them was the smallest palidiflorum you've ever seen. He's been in this little cup with a humidity dome the entire time. Looks to be doing ok, maybe a little growth. I've been popping the lid off for an hour at a time most days to let them get some fresh air. I'm at the point where I've put a couple small holes in the tops of the other two to get them acclimated to my 60% ambient humidity, but I'm wondering if I should let this guy get a little bigger before I expose him to regular air.

Should I leave it in the humidity dome until bigger or will it be ok to slowly start acclimating?

Any downside to leaving it in the dome for a few more weeks?

Adult fancy alocasia

I see a ton of pictures of alocasia with pink variegation, but they are all tiny little baby plants. Does anyone have one of these fancy alocasia that is more than a few months old?

Flower?

Hello!

I am a casual plant owner with not a lot of experience. A day ago I noticed that my monstera sprouted a flower! It grew at an angle that made me not notice it in my day to day so I don't know how long it's been there. Is there anything I should do? I googled it and it doesn't look like the photos online so I am worried. Is it normal that it's pinched?

Thank you!!

Edit: Turns out it's an Alocasia inflorescence, not a monstera! And completely normal yay!
