Fun Tidbit: The Spurs were one ball away from picking first with the Atlanta Pick in the 2025 NBA Draft.

During the drawing for the first Pick in the 2025 NBA draft lottery, the first 3 balls were 10, 14 & 11.

Balls after first 3 draws

Ultimately the last ball drawn was 7, and Dallas had the 7-10-11-14 combination, so they got the first pick.

However, Atlanta was the only team that had multiple possible combinations (10-11-12-14 & 10-11-13-14) after the drawing of the first 3 balls; the Spurs also had the 5-10-11-14 combination.

Atlanta's 2025 NBA draft lottery combinations

In fact, after the drawing of the first 3 balls, the spurs were the team with the highest chance of getting the first pick (through Atlanta's + own pick). If 12 or 13 had turned out to be the fourth ball, and all other subsequent draws stayed the same, the Spurs could have had the 1st and 2nd pick of the 2025 NBA draft.

The shit-storm that would have ensued in this time line would have been incredible to witness.

If this type of foul-baiting is allowed, then why does none of the spurs guards do it?

This looks like a 'smart' play when the shot clock is running out.

A gentle reminder: De’Aaron Fox, once scammed Kings fans out of $1.5 million through an NFT rugpull.

Now he's going to be scamming the Spurs for the next 4 years.

This sequence of play sums up the game really. Mitch had no Game plan beyond chucking 3s.

Even when the shooting was cold, they kept trying to force it with enough time still on the shot clock — basically, playing a desperate style while leading by double digits.

[Plettenberg]Tottenham are desperate to keep Luka Vuskovic next season. He is in line for a massive salary increase. However, the market is still being explored.A second loan to Hamburger SV is currently unlikely. Pini Zahavi is also holding talks with Barcelona about Vuskovic these days.
