In view of recent announcements of social prescribing and fit notes.
How are social prescribers going to help people like us ?
I’ve had negative experiences with PA/ ANP/ACN who have said they have never heard of this and have laughed in my face when I’ve been in a bad flare and ended up needing A&E treatment
So not sure how social prescribing will help .
I’ve bought a hand mixer and am confused why one dough hook has a nobbly bit whilst the other hasn’t.

Hi I’ve been reading up and listening to the lectures about Dua/dhikr ( found an old post by brother ethics , about 2 years old)
However my question is , if I wanted to recite Allahs names when I’m out and about how do you pick from 99 names? Do you just pick a few for the day and then keep them going all day ? Or how does one actually use them names ?
Edit : in addition to the above questions when saying astaghfirullah do you just say that word or the whole sentence as astaghfirullah wa atubo ilah( forgive the spelling)
