After a successful run with Notorious Pompey, I wanted to see if they could do something similar in Shiyu Defense. This had some very good results after some practice, the stunning early is difficult on Norma with Starlight Billy because he triggers so many defensive assists to optimize an early stun. I was playing around with Norma teams and seeing what synergies I could find. I found that she is a top notch stunner for Orphie and Magus main dps. Took a few tries and wasn't the most optimal routing (lost some performance points on this run) but it still really surprised! Builds will be included in comments. Well this was an odd request but it was fun to puzzle out! Why do I just have an image of Astra using her staff as a physical weapon out of frustration and rage? ETHER RESISTANT?! Ether resist this! *smash*

Well then, Norma is a beast! she outperformed M2W1 Ju Fufu at lvl 55 at M0W0 with the highest skill at lvl 8. Keep in mind Ju Fufu is providing buffs to Norma but not so much the other way around (no w-engine yet). Still an impressive showing for them though and an incredibly fun team to play, best run was about 30.6k score but I'm sure it can go higher. Builds are included in comments. A friend requested I play ZZZ to this song and I had to come up with a team, I thought Velina and Jane would be a great fit. The song is bassy and kind of trippy, so headphones are a plus. The team is M2W1 Velina, Yuzuha M2W1 and M6W0 Jane (Practiced Perfection), so it's not the quickest time I completed the routing for it but this run had the best sync with the music. I saw that Nekomata is getting a good potential (hopefully it stays) and I wanted to just try out her base version for fun. This is what I came up while routing, max score I saw was about 34.1k but I know this is an anomaly boss and isn't a favored elemental match-up either. I tried both DA buffs and scored similarly, as well as using Sunna instead of Astra. Is this her expected performance at this level or do I just need to improve here? I do not have a lot of experience with her but Girtablullu's legs really made it difficult to go around the boss so I didn't bother too much with it in this run. I appreciate the feedback! I just thought Pan Yinhu could use a little more attention and had him tango with Thrall. He doesn't get enough love and it's a surprisingly a good matchup right now. Who knew Pan Yinhu was a bit of a dancer?

50 million more health Primordial Nightmare? no problem! let me introduce you to the team of your nightmares. Ok, so this took a little time to figure out given she's ether resistant and I wanted to have Nicole be the main dps of the fight but it really was a team effort here. I had to use some unusual builds, especially for Yuzuha (Crit rate/damage Yuzuha here we are) and Ju Fufu without impact% D6 because of the DA buff - I'll include them in the comments. Some people will tell you there is only one way to play a game and you're awful at it if you don't. We all must find our own paths to success & joy, and it is important to remember we should lift each other up rather than tear people down for being different. That's the very idea of a support class, they help build others up to achieve something they couldn't on their own. Don't let them win, you are good enough.
This one required some work! many builds, team comps, and routing attempts to get this right. I had quicker and more efficient routing attempts but it just didn't drive my score high enough, I needed to linger in the second miasma phase to get the S rank finally. Ok, so Lahmu & Mushussu, can we have a real talk? you suck, truly and thoroughly. If you could kindly fix this at your earliest convenience, that would be best for us all. Seriously though, this fight took some practice to manage those two properly and get the kill promptly - those combo attacks, staggered attacks, distancing and then ranged attacks? I curse them with stepping on all lego possible! Oh and Miasmic Manato was there too, he was fine but needs a vacation from SD for a bit. I hope y'all enjoy the showcase and thanks for watching!

I didn't have time to fully level Piper (skills), did this on a bit of a whim but she still did some very respectable numbers on this team! Best I've seen from an A rank to my knowledge, even elevated by some M1+ teammates. Velina has really super charged some 1.x anomaly units and it's kind of great imo. I'm sure someone can do better as I haven't played Piper very much since Jane was one of my first characters. Builds for Piper and Velina will be included in comments, let me know if Yuzuha is desired too (acting as a buffer so stats aren't as important but I do have her with some good Anomaly Proficiency). The control phase on this boss feels awful for awhile! the trick I found to do it more easily was to get distance from the boss before the first attack, let me know if that helps you too. I managed to get this as a no hit run after some practice with Mirage Archest Unit's attacks (who named her?!) and she definitely had some more challenging patterns. Ok, this was a tough one because I forced myself to optimize with a Lucy that hadn't had her all her skills leveled or her core skill F completed. I tried a ton of variations on gear but this was the build I found the most success with. I will include the build as the first comment. M2 Supports, I hope y'all enjoy it and thanks for watching!
So I had someone suggest I make an anomaly Zhao to see if they could clear with Velina, I said hell yeah, that sounds cursed! let's do it. I know her anomaly multipliers are considered very low but it definitely felt like it should be doable given the right gear. I didn't know how much anomaly mastery was needed but after testing both AP and AM w-engines, they both performed well and had similar results - AP slightly edged out overall for score but was also a bit more inconsistent. Some AM is absolutely required though, D6 or w-engine is fine w/2 pc Phaethon's Melody. I'll include builds in comments for Zhao and Velina. This was a fun experiment to try out and I think it turned out well enough. It wasn't a perfect run but it's the highest routing I had, as it usually goes the imperfect runs get the highest scores but it plays well with the music. Our little monster is back again, this time performing much better with 57.4% of the team damage! This was a fun team comp as usual and performs relatively strongly with them being a dual stunners. The changes to Ju Fufu's build were to ease up on impact % and ER given extra field time and that she's working with another stunner, which allowed a good improvement in stat balance towards the dps we want and it absolutely shows. Dialyn was a 2-2-2 build with good discs because I didn't want to duplicate KOTS. The team is M2. I hope y'all enjoy it and thanks for watching!
