I love MXTX's works, esp tgcf since she integrates multiple serious themes in her story :') Ling Wen may or may not be a Tumor but she is definitely a strong woman for enduring all that in the heavenly court and from her own followers. ToT

Can the name 安 怜芳 (An Liánfāng) be used for a man?
I'm writing a fantasy story where the male protagonist grows up in a sect full of women after some shenanigans. Is this name too feminine? I wanted the meaning to be like "a tree among the orchids" or "protector of orchids" smth like that :') he's very gentle and polite
(Also his nickname is 伴兰 Banlan, is that also a good childhood nickname considering his upbringing?)

Do you believe Hua Cheng has "no personality aside from Xie Liann"?
I've seen this criticism a lot when it comes to tgcf and wonder what are your opinions on it!
Personally, Hua Cheng's devotion is s primary part of his character. I don't believe it makes him a bad character in the slightest! He does have his own personality and beliefs. I just wish we got more in depth on his backstory as Hong'er when he was human, tho I do get that being mysterious is one of bro's charms ^^ But what are your thoughts? I'm open to all opinions ♡♡
