Algorhythm Holdings (NASDAQ: RIME) filed its Q2 10-Q this morning. Here is the write-up, ready to post.

$RIME Q2 2026: Revenue Up 161%, Balance Sheet Flips Positive

Algorhythm Holdings reported second quarter results this morning, and the growth line is the story.

Revenue more than doubled. Net sales came in at $3.0 million, up from $1.15 million a year ago, a 161% increase. For the first six months revenue reached $5.4 million against $1.3 million last year, up 324%.

The balance sheet turned around. Shareholders' equity moved from a negative $1.86 million at year end to positive $3.28 million at June 30. That is the kind of swing that matters for a small cap, because negative equity is what triggers listing questions.

Cash tripled. The company ended the quarter with $4.97 million in cash, up from $1.63 million at December 31, plus $2.98 million in restricted cash. Total assets grew to $18.6 million from $12.7 million.

Debt came down. Promissory notes payable dropped to $6.4 million from $9.1 million, a 30% reduction in six months.

Loss per share narrowed sharply. Six month loss per share improved to $0.71 from $3.80 a year ago.

What to watch. Cost of sales still exceeds revenue, producing a gross loss of $593,000 for the quarter, so the company is growing the top line faster than it is converting it to margin. Share count rose from 3.4 million to 15.7 million over the six months, and authorized shares were increased to 800 million.

$KUST setting up for a possible squeeze | Next $FCUV $REPL?

47% short interest against a tiny 630K float is the most explosive squeeze setup I see out there.

This Micro-Cap On Watch: Financing the Picks and Shovels of AI

Disseminated on behalf of Vertical Data, Inc

Vertical Data (OTCQB: VDTA)

There’s a gold rush in AI, and the whole market is crowded onto the same names, chipmakers, hyperscalers, model builders. Every gold rush has a quieter trade underneath it: the people selling the picks and shovels. Here, the picks and shovels are GPU compute, and someone has to buy it, house it, finance it, and bill for it. That’s the business Vertical Data (OTCQB: VDTA) is built around.

Vertical Data is a micro-cap that originates, structures, and finances the AI compute enterprises need to run AI at scale. Through VerticalData.io and GPUfinancing.com, it pulls hardware, financing, managed services, and data-center relationships into complete deals. The key word is capital-efficient: instead of buying racks of chips itself, it sits in the money flow, originating deals and collecting fees.

The 29.5M validation

In May 2026, VDTA signed a live, two-year, 29.5 million agreement for liquid-cooled B200 GPU capacity with a Nasdaq-listed enterprise, with an option to expand. For a company this size, a deployed eight-figure deal is real execution, not a promise.

A security edge

In June, it signed an MOU with Quantum eMotion (NYSE: QNC) to add post-quantum cybersecurity to its AI infrastructure, with a pilot targeted for 2026. Non-binding for now, but a real differentiator as governments and institutions worry about securing AI compute.
