I’ve tried a ton of stuff like making sure it’s all connected in the network, developer mode, updating everything, connecting it through IP and access code multiple times and it still won’t go live. What am I missing here?

I have to make an excel sheet to turn a cell red when going over 80,000 as a total. However when I tested it and I change a number so the total goes below 80k it stays red and the ones below it still stay red as well

I’m currently using:
=IF(ISBLANK(I18), “”,I18+J17) and conditional formatting that “Cell Value >80000” to turn red, “formula: =$I$9 > =80000 “ and “formula= celltocheck >=80000”

I’m new to excel so I don’t really know where to go after this? What should I do?
