My wife converted!

My wife converted!

My wife has ALWAYS been a Nissan girl, specifically white Armadas and we’ve been saving up for a Pro-4X and last minute she wanted to be a 100% sure that’s what she wanted so she went and drove one and all the other full size SUV’s and here’s the final result…

The fact she went Ford over Nissan is crazy but even more wild is her picking another color other than white. (Pun intended)

I’m not even mad about it. Would have loved to have the Marsh Grey but going ‘25 saved a good chunk of change.

I had a 3.5 F150 years ago and put an oil separator on it, should I put one on this? I didn’t know if the newer 3.5 engines were tweaked enough to fix that old issue.

New to me, 2017 6.2L

2017 XLT with 40k miles. I’ve only ever driven Ford’s or Tacomas and this is my first SD. But I needed something with some bones for hauling materials for my sport court business. I’m pretty excited about it, I was shooting for a 7.3l but I got the best deal and the most for my trade with this one. Anything I need to know in particular about the 6.2’s?

Quote from Lauren Przybyl with Fox 4 on Facebook this morning..

“Dallas Stars season is over. Hearing from 3 reliable sources that the Stars will soon announce that the team will build a new stadium at The Shops at Willow Bend in Plano. (The now basically empty mall location. at Park and Tollway)

Dallas Stars have not said when an official announcement will be made.

Even with the disappointing loss last night... The future looks bright for hockey fans in North Texas.”

Edit: We live 90 minutes (if traffic is good) from the AAC currently. Personally we love the AAC and think it’s a great location. So the drive really isn’t going to change much for us. For those of you that live in DFW, how much time will it add to your commute? Or is it mainly the public transportation issue? I’ve heard (I don’t know how credible) that they plan on implementing public transportation to that area to accommodate… My family probably falls into the crazy category because we drive in from so far so much, but Stars games is our “vacations, date nights, family outings, etc..” I’m curious to know how many others drive in regularly from a distance? Is 99.9% of the attendance from right there close? I wish our drive was 45 minutes but even if they do move to Plano, we will still be over an hour. The only way to cut our commute that much would be to move…
