I signed an agreement to transfer two elderly dogs from an estate to my name and the family is to gift me 5,000 for their care as they are older. they have not sent the 5,000.00. The agreement was signed May 5, 2026. One of the two executors has stated the money will not be in until yesterday at best because one half of the executor is in Mexico. I had assumed they would transfer the money along with the agreement they signed. He emailed me after I signed the agreement.
Should I ask for a demand date on the money, along with the contract?

I was at the Loblaws on DuPont and Bathurst. I did a shop and it was a nice day. I bought a coffee. I went to find a seat and it was full. There are doors to an outdoor sitting area. They now say not exit. They are removing all the small perks for customers and more concerned about making one exit. They also blocked the second entrance like Carleton street. The people in charge of Loss prevention one day will become old and this will happen to them.
