HPA axis support peptides

What would your top 1-3 be? Lifestyle and eating are on point so just looking to support further without synthetic hormones if able

Female. 31. 5+ years: low sex hormones, lower cortisol, low t3, missing cycle, inability to sweat are my biggest symptoms.

Was thinking Kisspeptin? Epitalon, selank, semax?
Would rather add in 1 or 1-2 to start

Kisspeptin

Any females (or males supporting partners) have any experience or side effects doing Kisspeptin injections? Looking to help bring low hormones back online and avoid some of the side effects associated with taking actual hormones. Weight gain, water retention, etc

Stress, circadian rhythm, diet, exercise are all addressed of course.

Cut to maintenance transition?

I am about to end my successful cut. Honestly hour, I am super nervous about jumping up to maintenance. I know a jump up in scale weight is due to glycogen, food volume, etc but I don’t handle it mentally well and I don’t want to be tempted to dive back into a cut.

If I eat below what MacroFactor suggests (increasing calories slowly towards their suggestion each week) and just log my calories and weight accordingly is that a problem? Assuming the algorithm will just continue to suggest the maintenance? Or is there a better way to set this up?

Energy page says I’m at a -468 cal deficit but weight trend page reads -278 cal deficit. Averaging about -1 lb loss per week so assuming the -468 is more accurate. Eating 1637 cals currently and estimated current expenditure is 2100.

Thank you

Cut advise

I’ve been on a cut x 8 weeks. I have lost 12 pounds. Was averaging 1.5 per week, some more some more like 1.2 but always above a pound. In the last 2 weeks I’ve slowed pretty suddenly to just over 0.5 pounds

I am 3# away from my goal, 5’4 and pretty active. I’m not totally fixed to losing 3 more # but I have some cellulite still I never had at that precious weight. Calories are 1645 but I have started to feel pretty cold lately and hunger is definitely there

Do I push harder or do you think that will backfire?
I know the rate of weight loss slows as you get leaner it just seemed like it opened abruptly and I’m not sure best way forward

I track my steps and those have not changed. Workouts the same. I weigh and measure everything. No untracked tastes. No meals out

V1 vs V2 end of cut thoughts

So I’m about 6 weeks into a cut, I have 3 more pounds before I’m at my “goal weight”. There’s a pretty big discrepancy btwn v1 and 2 weight trends for my deficit. I have it set at a goal of 1#/week but each check in it lowers my calories by like 3-4 despite losing more than my goal weight.

Is there a reason it keeps suggesting I lower calories despite losing more than my goal weight per week?

I’ve been eating about 80-100 calories more than it’s been suggesting the last 4 wks due to my weight loss averaging 1.55# per week
