Where to start with itinerary, what places to visit do you recommend? Wjat are your top 5 places to go when in South Korea? Need help with resources.

Flying there for a week in 2 months mainly for a couple of tattoos.

I plan on staying in Yongsan since is relatively central and closer to the tattoo shop. I was planning on visiting Itaewon, Hongdae, and MAYBE Myengdong since it is my first time in South Korea.

Narrowing what I am interested to do while visitng:

☆Fashion shopping (want to explore the styles Korea has to offer and see some underground/local brands they might have maybe street wear if I have to put a label but nothing super expensive) - this will probably fall mainly in Hongdae from what I have seen but I am also open in discovering other places if near the Yongsan area.

☆Eyeglasses shopping (need new frames and new a relatively soft prescription so I want to try visiting a Davichi store and other trendy places were I can get frames at a good price)

☆Technology and vintage technology (Open and looking for places with stuff like this. Hopefully nothing crazy in terms of price)

☆Do one of those Acorn Caricatures (place is already found but if anyone knows better potrait/caricature spots I'm open to discover)

Not super interested in:

》Cafes... I know they are a big thing around there but is the thing that interests me the least.

》Clubs (might skip itaewon if this is the main focus bit if there is anything else to offer on there will comtinue with the plan)

》Temples (Sorry I know this is a go-to when visitng Korea for most but I feel like it has been enough fmthrough video so I am ok skipping this)

》 Museums Npw that I have gave a general idea of what I'm looking for. Here it comes my main challenge for finding even more interesting stuff:

I made the huge mistake of opening a Naver account while I am still outside South Korea so I was flagged for that and they closed my account. Being trying to see what's interesting, fun, and cool around those areas with Kakao and Google maps. It has proven to be a bit difficult so that's why I am here asking for advice.

What tools do you use to plan your itineary and find interesting not super trendy places to explore? I like to do have rough ideas in mind and go somewaht prepare even if I don't end up nothing or anything wrote down. Gives me some peace of mind in a sense.

Thanks for reading and hopefully what I'm looking for makes sense.

Traveling to South Korea soon. Best way to get cash at a strong conversion rate?

As the title says traveling to South Koreasoon (September)

I need around 1,800.00 KWON to be in cash. I currently hold a 360 debit (Discover so not sure how limited I will be since the popular cards are Mastercard and Visa) and a Savor credit card.

Would you guys recommend me different cards? Would you guys recommend converting the money before or after getting there? How would you approach this?

I have asked on a couple of travel to Korea forums and what I have mainly gotten is do it there on global ATMS or money exchange places. Just want a recommendation and suggestion from someone that might hold similar cards to me and has had to international travel.

Thank you for reading.

Do you all recommend exchanging money before or after getting to Korea? And where?

Planning a trip for September I need some cash for something I will do there. Where do you usually get the best or the fairest exchange rate?

Location is the US traveling to Seoul landing Incheon.

Currently in the process of booking a 1 week trip. What should I get before going and where to go for others?

As the title says planning for a trip in 3-4 months. I usually travel to places were I can rely on family or there is familiarity with the location. This will also be my first solo trip.

I been doing some research and so far I know I have to get a esim (airalo seems like the popular choice) hotel booking (or is it more recommended an airbnb for a week?) places to eat, ways I can transport and move around, Naver map. Am I missing something?

Which esim would you recommend?

Where would you recommend to withdrawing cash for the best conversion rate?

What's an ideal budget to take there for a comfortable time? Can be listed in won or usd

I would appreciate a checklist of what others have seen like crucial in the past or currently use. The plan is just Seoul. Thanks.

Looking for reference in how irezumi looks in women. Deciding/researching style.

Hello everyone I am looking for women that have irezumi sleeves / half sleeves / anything irezumi on their body (mainly arms) to see as reference. I see a lot of posts with men but I would like to see how different it looks on my anatomy. Is there any accounts on IG that I could also reference? No just a tattoo showcase picture but more like it will look on your daily life.

I have also been trying to look into past posts on here and other subreddits but not much luck.

I am researching in how it will look and how far I would like my piece to be.

Thank you for reading

S.O.S / Advice Needed Coorporate Smart Casual. What shirts can I use with this pants? I want something neutral "androgynous" but that also doesn't come out as baggy. Long sleeve but fresh if possible

What are some shirts to match this formal pants? My office dress code is pretty relax but sometimes I would like to dress up a little but while feeling comfortable and in something that is easy to move in....

I work on IT so there is of installing new equipment and moving around. That's why I would like something elegant/formal but comfotable. I usually go with jeans and a quarter zip and I like how I look and feel but summer is starting to hit so need alternatives still long-sleeved if possible to cover my tattoos.

If it matters: 5'6-5'7, 110lbs, Female, Smart Casual

The style of shirts I'm looking for is something in the middle/neutral, long-sleeved (if possible) something that doesn't accentuate the chest a lot but gives me a nice silhouette (if that's possible if not it's also fine) chest is little so not a huge issue.

Stores I have visit are Uniqlo and GU.

Tired of the coorporate little world and the mental games it entails being in it.

What are some jobs besides healthcare or coorporate that a woman can do to "break free" from the 9-5? I just want some me time back in my life.

Based in the US if that helps. IT degree and some experience. Also experience on warehouse logistics but I'm over this.

Thanks.
