Can we please implement a Comment Karma Requirement to post?

Change the sub rules so that it requires a minimum amount of Comment Karma, from commenting within this sub, before one is allowed to create a post.

This sub gets tons of low effort posts from users who don't even interface with discussions outside of their one question: "with no prior experience, should I work in Tax Preparation or start my own company?"

We see it over and over again.

Requiring comment karma forces users to interface in discussions rather than post one-time, low-effort, and repeated questions. It also requires no extra work on the mods. Other professional subs have even stricter requirements.

What is the best End board Orcust can make off of just Cymbal Skeleton in opening hand?

I'm trying to learn Orcust and because the pure version runs so much disruption I find myself opening with just Skeleton and other non-gas cards semi-often.

Imagine that your hand is just Cymbal Skeleton and hand traps/board breakers. What is the best end board to create?

Edit: Here is the line I wrote out for a comment. Please let me know where it can be improved:

Normal summon Cymbal link into Galatea-i, discard to add Crown, ss crown, link-2 into Galatea, use Galatea-I graveyard effect to banish cymbal and summon itself

Xyz summon Girisu using Galatea (Link 2), attach cymbal from banishment

Here is where you could go for a Knightmare link monster to summon Mermaid and full combo.

However, mermaid is banned. So you can either sit on this board (which isn't great) or the best alternative I could come up with is:

Use Girisu + Galatea-I to link into a 2nd galatea, banish cymbal to summon a Galatea from grave. Use Galatea to shuffle Cymbal from banishment. Set Crecendo/babel.

This gives you two "can't be destroyed by battle" bodies + Crecendo/babel, or you can go for link 3/4 plays.

Either way it still doesn't feel like that great of an end board, so I'm sure there is a better one out there.

Best Blind 2nd Deck?

Most Blind 2nd Decks intend to break a board and either win the game outright or build so much advantage that the opponent can't come back.

Gem Knights, Cyber Dragon, Vaylantz, Mikanko, etc...

What deck with this play style do you feel is the strongest? What deck is the king of Blind 2nd?

What is the optimal Feindsmith Engine Package?

(Master Duel) I have been building Fiendsmith to put into other decks and so far I'm loving it. However I've seen deck lists using a Fiendsmith Engine with vastly different numbers of the cards. So I have three questions to the Fiendsmith pros out there:

Highest Return, fewest cards: what is the smallest fiendsmith package that a deck can run and still get access to most of its power?

Peak Power: how many of each Fiendsmith card should a deck run to get the absolute most out of having a Fiendsmith Engine (even if the deck becomes more Fiendsmith than other)?

Middle ground: For a deck that wants a Fiendsmith package somewhere between the above two options?

What are the best engines to invest in?

I understand that Fiendsmith is supposed to be great right now, but it is expensive.

What other engines are good staples to put into a variety of decks or slop piles?

What deck can consistently break boards that have 3-5 Negates?

It is not fun at all to go second, watch someone combo for a few minutes, then finish with a board that has 4 Negates.

What deck gets around (or pushes through) all these negates and punishes the opponent for building a massive board?

AITA: I've decided to stop trying to 1v3

I've recently decided "If my teammates die and don't manage to kill anyone, I just leave."

It happens pretty often and my team always lose their minds over me abandoning them, but after seeing so many instances of my Crew Fill teammates getting into bad fights and losing without killing anyone, I've just decided it's better for my vault and faction goals to walk to the exfil.

Am I a bad person for setting this boundary?

Help picking a competitive deck

I used to play Yu-Gi-Oh competitively, but quit about 10 years ago (after pendulums but before links).

Recently I've discovered Duel Master and am loving it. So I'm back on the grind and want to pick a competitive deck to start playing (both in duel masters and if I like it, in IRL tournaments.)

Please suggest some Competitive Decks that will ideally be strong for the long run. I know Kewl Tune and Branded are big right now. I'm disqualifying them because they are so popular and I'm worried about how they'll perform after future ban lists.

Please let me know what decks you suggest and thank you in advance!

New to rowing and I'm worried I'm falling for bad advice. What spm to aim for?

I added 15 minutes of rowing for after I lift weights and I've been loving it. My goal has been 3000m+ during my 15 minute erg session.

Where I am a little confused: Chatgpt told me to aim for 12-14spm average. This seems really low. I've seen other advice recommending ~18spm.

Is Chatgpt correct or am I building bad habits?

Edit: thank you guys for the advice. I feel silly for rowing at like 11-12spm for the last month or two. When I confronted Chatgpt it fully back pedaled and basically said "yeah, I kind of tricked you... But, it's great that you did so well despite me tricking you"

For context my last session was 2978m, 15 minutes, 11 spm average.

Moving forward I'll be slowly climbing toward 18-22spm.

The first image is a large (it's quite a bit bigger than this picture makes it seem) bump that, at first I thought was a pimple, so I tried popping it. I couldn't quite tell but it seemed like some puss may have come out along with some blood. I stopped trying to pop it and attempted to use Google image search, it was kind of all over the place and told me some scary stuff. So I decided to try here.

The second image is a smaller (but still kind of big), flatter, and paler colored bump near the first one but a bit lower on my body.

Neither bump hurt until I started messing with them. And they stopped hurting shortly after I stopped messing with them.

These bumps make me feel ugly! Please give me any advice on how to get rid of them.
