Can i help this lil guy? Context in body

Was asked by another guy on the job today if id seen the salamander and was shown this lil dude. This is the pump room on the job we're renovating. No clue how he got here. Other guy said hes been there at least 2 weeks. This is at the top of a mountain between Telluride and Mountain Village, CO at an elevation of 10500 ft. I know nothing about reptiles or even what this guy is. I assume putting him outside is gonna be better than him starving inside. Is he safe to touch and is putting him outside a good idea? Any advice is appreciated.

Found this gem today

Why have a correctly wired EMERGENCY STOP when you can just write special instructions on the side.

Need gloves for working safely with a band saw

New gc on site is SUPER concerned im just gonna lop my finger off while using my bandsaw for cutting conduit and strut. He suggested leather gloves. I dont think an extra layer of skin is gonna stop a thing that can cut through bone. I see different levels of cut resistant gloves but those are for knife blades not band saw blades as far as i know. Is there anything that would even help in that situation or not?

What camera should i buy for landscape/nature pics while traveling for work?

(1) Budget, Country, and Currency: USA budget $1,000 USD. I could spend more if its really worth it.

(2) What equipment, if any, you have now and why is it no longer meeting your needs? Currently just have my phone (pixel 8) for taking pictures.

(3) What kind of subjects do you intend to shoot? Looking to get pictures of mountains, waterfalls etc. both nearby and across a valley and wildlife.

(4) Is it primarily for photography, videography, or both?Just looking for photos but if video capable that would be nice as well.

If any other clarification is needed just ask.
