I got in a break for football cards last night. First spot I bid and won landed on the chaser 5 spot. Second I bid and won I got a team. Turns out the chaser spot wasn’t for a team, he put the 5 chasers on a wheel and spun. As it landed on the spot that person was gone, last chaser spot left got to have one pack of cards opened. I was under the impression that these kind of chasers were banned? I thought if you bid and win you had to get a chance at something? I realize that even if you land on a team there are no guaranteed cards which is completely how it is. But to win a spot then have to be spun 4 more times to get anything is shady. Anyone know if this is banned? Thanks
