Is there anything you hope won’t come back?

Like I get the whole “yay classic” thing. But is there anything you look back at and go “you know what… yeah it’s better that (thing) was removed from/ changed within the game”

I personally am curious to see how they deal with champions like Sona and Soraka who had a lot of invisible/ hard to quantify, power.

Financing someone’s suicide, to better you and your friends lives

You have the chance to buy the controlling interest in a company. Doing so will improve your life and the lives of your friends who work at that company. The current owner is running the business into the ground due to being a drug addict and just generally an idiot. If you buy the company, you can reasonably assume the owner will use the money to buy drug and most likely overdose and die.

How moral is it to purchase the company?

Who loses the most power once you remove plot armor from the equation?

Let’s be honest with ourselves; the strongest character you can think of, gets folded by the weakest, provided character 2 is the main character of the story.

So who loses the most “power” once they are no longer empowered by plot armor in their own story?

Off screen feats don’t count. Shit they survive, only because the story needs them alive, are out. Feats that happen solely due to plot contrivance are out. McGuffins and Deus ex Machina (item/ability/etc that are used once and never referenced again) are out.

How strong is your favorite character when the story doesn’t need them to solve the problem? Would your favorite character have managed to ‘do the thing’ if they were a C tier background/support character?

[Discussion] At what point does ‘fake’ become ‘real’?

So I know this topic has surfaced before, and I personally have my own opinions, but I wanted to get others (but not keen on sifting through thousands of posts).

At what point does morality and ethics factor in when discussing fictional or otherwise “fake” people? IE: should you be judged for your choice in Waifu? Should the police be called because of the things that are happening to those anime characters in your porn folder? Is the AI video of you (and real world famous celebrity), doing illegal things, illegal? Can the celebrity reasonably sue you (and win) for posting that video?

I’m trying to flesh out an idea, and would love other people’s opinions of the topic. I’m also comparing the answers against a similar question in a different sub.

Low metrics on current story, looking for advice

On mobile, so sorry I don’t have a link. Story is connected to different (writing specific) account.

Hitting really low metrics (2-3K views, basically zero interaction/comments) with my most recent story and curious if it’s external or internal issues.

External: the posts are being submitted around 5AM on Mondays and Fridays. The story is pretty new, so don’t have a bunch of chapters out yet (like 3-4). The stories title is the English spelling of two Japanese terms. Worried it’s a kind of “if you know, you know…. if you don’t, it’s incomprehensible gibberish” situation.

Internal: perhaps I’m just writing a really bad story? How much do people really care about grammar and fluctuating tense usage (something is currently happening in one sentence, while something just happened in the next). Do people prefer a uniform tone; if it starts serious it stays serious? Are a bunch of time skips an issue? Etc…

I guess I’m use to getting a few more eyes on my works, and getting SOME interaction.

So I got an interview with this company, basically it’s a pantry service for large companies…. Anyone know anything about this company? Should I be worried? Is it a Devilcorp? Or is it a solid job opportunity?
