Hey guys… I’ve been looking to do a career change and after a lot of research I decided to go into dental hygiene. Durham college is one of the schools I have my eye on.. I’m just not certain if I am what they are looking for.
I have a diploma in Social service work and my gpa was around 3.4. I don’t know if they will take my high school credits into consideration as well but they are not that good. I have passing marks for all courses.. subjects like math, bio, chem, and English I had above 80s but the rest are 50s - 70s

Do I have a real chance in getting accepted if I apply without having to add any more education?

I applied for full time OSAP for the summer term because I had thought that 3 courses (worth 3 credits each) meant full-time studies. My confirmation of enrolment is being delayed for so long and I came across reddit posts saying that each school has a different definition of full-time and part-time.. so it had me thinking did I make a mistake?? And if I did am I gonna get in trouble for applying for full-time cause how would I know I just went off of what OSAP said. I'm not even sure what my course load is considered.. full time or part time? does anyone know?

Is anyone else having trouble with getting Seneca to confirm your enrolment for OSAP to release funds. first week of school is over and payment has been due. I’ve went to the service hub in person, called them over the phone, and even emailed them.. they keep telling me that it would be done tomorrow but it never does. A lot of ppl on campus tell me that Seneca profits off of charging late fees by delaying confirming our enrolment.. it doesn’t seem fair, a lot of us rely on the grants we receive for living and travel expenses. Why are they delaying confirming our enrolment?? It’s like everyone around me is complaining about the same problem.
