Last year I got 2.6k in loans with a 3k scholarship and a higher combined income from my parents. However, this year I got 2.2k with no scholarships and a lower combined income. Why is this? Everything else is the same, btw.
Hi, I applied for part-time OSAP months ago and as of June 6th got the request to upload the "2024 Canada Revenue Agency proof of income statement" document. However, this request was past the document upload date, so I was not able to upload the required document since I was given the option to submit it after the due date passed.
After speaking with my universities Office of Registrar, I was advised to upload both the document and an explanation of the situation through their platform. I did so, and I received a response confirming that the form would be uploaded to OSAP on my behalf.
Now I contacted them again, but they’re claiming that my funding won’t be released as it’s “too late to process this documentation and still release spring funding.” This pisses me off since it was not my fault at all. Is there anything I can still do to get the funding?
