Diet foods in Portugal?

We're traveling to Portugal for an upcoming autumn break, and I know vacation doesn't equal worrying about diets, but I want to enjoy myself WHILE being mindful of my caloric intake.

That's why I wanted to ask, what low-calorie stuff can I find in Portugal?

What dishes are worth ordering with greater protein and lower calorie numbers?

What pastries and desserts do you enjoy even though they're lower in kcal?

What candy/chocolate brands do you recommend?

What snacks and chips and whatnot?

How do you deal with the cold?

I'm freezing ALL the time; even when I workout. It doesn't help that I'm in competition swimming, so I'm in a cold pool all the time. The second I stop I immediately start freezing, and sometimes if we're doing easier sets I'm freezing during the sets themselves.

I have to wear jackets inside because otherwise I'll start shivering.

To sum it up, freezing constantly sucks. What can I do about it? Thanks.

Beginner teen looking to invest

I've heard all about that starting early is the way to go, but I have no idea how to start. I've saved up a smaller sum that I'm willing to use, my question however is: What's worth investing in?

I don't mind taking a few risks, but I'd also like to put a decent amount of my money on something safer.

Any advice?

Any ways not to be miserable?

I'm miserable.

I exercise almost every day in the week, some days I have competition swimming, some days I do some strength and some cardio. I hate it, I don't think it's fun.

Regardless, I do this after I come home (4pm) and then I have homework as I'm a student. After all this, it's already really late and I still have to do chores, help my younger sister with her homework and then practice my guitar (I have guitar lessons once a week). My point is, I have no time to do the things I love. I used to love computers, I built my own that I saved up for with my summer job. I've barely gotten to use it. I never hang out with friends anymore because if I do I won't have time to do everything.

Additionally, I love food. I've started eating a lot less and meals I hate for the sake of my diet, and the one thing I looked forward to now feels like a chore. I'm also not in charge of groceries, so I can't even make recipes that allow me to eat bigger portions and more often. I'm pretty short as well, so even having an ice cream with my family means me rearranging and planning how little I have to eat for each meal for it to fit.

Sorry if my grammar is horrible, I just had to get this off my chest. I'm just so disappointed. I'm slightly stronger and have slightly more stamina, and maybe look a little bit better. But that's all there is to it. I was expecting it to be life changing.

Any advice on how to make this 'fun' or just bearable is greatly appreciated.

Sims 4: Anadius alternatives

I've already seen a lot of posts about this, but everyone's saying different things so please - how do I get the sims 4 DLC safely? (Free obviously) I heard there was some kind of mirror Anadius site giving out malware etc... so, are there any good alternatives or any way to find a site that'll give out anadius stuff virus-free?

What are your opinions on ASMR?

Personally, I can't stand most forms of ASMR. Especially the ones where they talk. They talk in a whispery voice and make a bunch of mouth sounds, which makes me want to physically recoil. I also can't stand the tapping and don't get me started on eating and mukbang related ones.

I've heard that the people that do like ASMR describe it as life-changing, so what has worked/hasn't worked for you guys.

Learning Finnish under a Summer

I obviously know I can't become completely fluent during summer, but I start Gymnasium after Summer, and I feel like I'm behind my peers knowledge-wise when it comes to Finnish. Therefore I want to have caught up more once school starts again. I've been learning it in school for about nine years, yet I still struggle with basics. I've tried language learning apps I feel like they're not ideal. Does anyone have any advice on how to learn fast and efficiently?

Thanks
