Is there a way to actually get some help?

I am running in circles with TR customer service and I'm at my breaking point. I have tried explaining a serious issue (tradia being wrong on the sell confirmation panel about the selling price) several times, providing precise details.
but I get the exact same automated copy-paste response every single time. The replies are completely wrong and blatantly ignore the specific details I provided.
Calling them hasn't helped either. The phone agents say they can't do anything and promise that an "expert" will take a look at the case. Said expert (which is probably still ai) always reply the same wrong answer.
I am beyond exasperated. Has anyone managed to break out of this automated loop and actually get a serious issue resolved? Any advice would be highly appreciated.
