Does working through the pain by eyestrain damage your eyes more?

It's been ages and the strain is because of the difference in my vision levels. (There's like a 20 something difference between both eyes) I don't want to damage eyes too much but the strain won't go away no matter how much rest. So I've just been trying to suck it up and keep doing stuff but I'm blind enough so I don't want to damage my eyes anymore lol.

Could you go income report fortnightly in the office instead of online or by phone?

Is this an option?

I don't want to hear why you wouldn't want to do this but I want to know if I can myself :)

Hearing impaired and landline phones

Im looking for work and wondering for anyone with hearing issues that answer workplace landlines, are they better than cellphones for the hearing impaired?

There are some front desk jobs but the thing hindering me is knowing I need to hear my mobile on speaker (unless I have headphones) and worry I won't be able to hear people.

It is better on my headphones so in wondering if a landline would be better to hear then a standard cell. The reason for this is trying to find employment when I can't stand long, and having to answer phones most likely.

Just looking for recommendations from hearing impaired people. I'm alright with talking on the phone as long as I can hear people lol.

I usually have to have my cellphone on speaker to hear conversations, because otherwise I can't hear on my cell.
