Any opinions on the overall look and heath of this guy?
There are four plants in this pot. It spent the first three years inside not really growing at all and struggling to stay alive. I moved it outside for the first time this spring and I’m just looking for some advice on how it looks and if I should do anything to give this guy the best environment to thrive.

Recently moved this guy from an indoor plant to an outdoor plant. He’s never been happier.
I also propagated some of it and it’s pretty happy too. Shown in last picture.
