High Volume Waffles

Around 350 calories with 40g of protein. These things are thick lol

32g of flour
32g of protein powder
1/4 Non Fat Greek Yogurt
1/4 Cup Egg Whites
TSP of baking powder and vanilla
3 TBSP Monk Fruit or whatever sweetener you like
Cinnamon to taste

Makes 2. Around 150 Calories and 20g of protein each

Tips on fixing my gap on a budget

Apparently I was born without these two teeth. I have okay dental insurance but not great. My dentist said get braces. Which is probably the best thing to do but I simply cannot afford them. He says there’s no other way to fix this gap. His wife is the orthodontist he keeps recommending also lol. But any help? I’m 36 and hate smiling. Thanks
