Help! Can't able to install/play AC Valhalla owned in Epic Games

Hello, I have AC Valhalla standard edition in my Epic games store. I have clicked link to Ubisoft account through Epic Games launcher. It opened a browser and asked me to give my Ubisoft account details. Then I got the result that both Epic games and Ubisoft are successfully linked. So when I clicked "install" under AC Valhalla from my Epic Games library, it shows "please wait while we are installing the partner application"...then Ubisoft Connect app opens and says "logging in" and then after showing "initializing", the Ubisoft connect app auto exits. That's it! Valhalla is not downloading and I can't even find that game in my Ubisoft connect library. When I click install again, the same process repeats with the same issue.

I've attached a video showcasing this issue for your reference.

I have tried:

  1. I have tried in two different devices, PC and Laptop. The same issue repeats

  2. I have tried logging out and logging back in, same issue

  3. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, didn't work.

I've raised a ticket to both Ubisoft and Epic Games. Epic Games support told me that I should contact Ubisoft as they suspect the problem is on Ubi's side. I've raised a ticket to Ubi two days ago but still haven't received a reply.

Please help me fix this as I want to play my game.

M-23: Grey/Brown colour hairs in head and facial hair, severe hairfall

Guys, I have so many white/grey and brown coloured hairs in my head and moustache and beard...plus there's heavy hairfall in my head, even eye brow hairs. Also, I have so many dandruff on my head and there's like dried patches on the scalp. How to cure this? I've tried many shampoos, even those ketoconazole ones, but nothing cured this issue.

Please help me out if you see this

CGI Chennai - 1 Yr Contract Role Through Third Party Payroll - Worth it?

People working in IT companies/specifically in CGI Chennai, I require your wisdom in this. Here's the full story:

I'm in Chennai, currently working in a full time position in a IT company in the Finance Department. I have 1 year of experience (including internship...I was hired as an intern first and then converted to full time)and my current CTC is 3.5 LPA....I experience a lot of stress and pressure in my current company so I've started job hunting and a few weeks back, a CGI company HR called me regarding a role (Financial Analyst) for which I applied in Naukri. She mentioned that it's a contract position for a period of 1 year and that I might be converted to full time after 1 year based on my performance. The salary offered was 5 LPA which is a lot better than my current CTC and I never thought it's possible for a person with only 1 year experience. I usually don't look for contract positions but since in this case the salary is high and the company is a big well known MNC, I considered it. Mid shift, two way cab facility, hybrid work culture... everything seemed good so I went through with the hiring process. I then cleared three rounds of interview, all from CGI finance persons, one round being virtual and the two other rounds in the CGI office in DLF Porur, Chennai. Yesterday I received a call from CGI HR saying that I'm selected and that next step is documentation process and that I'll receive a call from another person regarding that and then offer letter will be rolled out within this week.

I spoke with him and then he sent the CTC breakup to my mail. But the twist is his mail id and signature didn't mention CGI but "Srinav". I got suspicious so I called him and asked if you're from CGI or some consultancy called Srinav. He said he's not from CGI but from Srinav and that CGI is hiring contractors through Srinav. I asked if I'll be on CGI payroll or Srinav's...he said I'll be on Srinav's payroll and the payslip, experience letter, pf everything will be from Srinav. It'll be mentioned like Srinav, Client - CGI....so basically I'll be an contractor for Srinav legally, not CGI but CGI will be considered a client and I'll be working there. The main frustrating thing is, this was never once mentioned to me before! Not when the HR called first, or during any of the interview rounds. I was fully blind to this. All this time I thought I'll be a direct contractor for CGI.

Then next day the CGI HR called me and explained that this is how CGI hires contractors and that she herself joined the same way, first as a contractor through Srinav and then permanent full time employee after a year in direct CGI payroll.

Now I don't know what to do. The CTC is tempting but I fear for my future working for a consultancy as a contractor for 1 year...if it's directly from CGI, I'd be glad. Anyway, I have decided to do the documentation and form filling process and get the offer letter first and then show it to my current company to either demand high salary or relieve.

Please let me know your thoughts on this...

1 Year Experience - Looking for Referral in Data Analyst/Power BI Developer Jobs

Hello guys,

I have 1 Year Experience (including internship) in Data Analysis, MIS Reporting, Power BI Development and Financial Analysis at my current company.

The reason for me searching for another job while working is because it seems they're cutting costs and so many people have been laid off and I'm planning to leave with a better offer before they lay me off. Plus, it seems there's not much opportunity for growth here and another reason is I hate it here...My notice period is 90 days but I can speak with management and make it get reduced to at least 30 days or so.

The roles I'm aiming for are: Power BI Developer, Data Analyst and Financial Analyst or any related role where Power BI and SQL are involved.

Please if any of you refer me for a suitable position in your company, I'll be very grateful! Before in office (in Chennai or South India), Hybrid and fully remote jobs are fine for me.

Please if you see this and think you are in a position to help me out, do reply to this post. I'll share my resume via DM 🙏

I think it's over for me

I'm a YouTuber for like 4 years focusing on the history/mythology/religion explanation niche with over 10k subscribers. I used to upload between 3 weeks gap or at least between few months but for the last 1 or 2 years I've stopped being consistent due to my full time job. Last year, in 2025, I've uploaded only two long form videos with one being a combination of two of my old videos with some new content added in (christmas video + new year video = complete history of Christmas and New Year). And in 2024, I've only uploaded 3 long form videos. So yeah, you get the picture. In 2023, only 5 videos...it seems 2022 is the period when I've uploaded a lot of videos and was consistent. My recent videos haven't received many views (some of them only at 1k, with my most recent video - the Christmas and New Year one at 110 views lol) so this also contributed to me being demotivated to create more content.

I've now uploaded a new video which took me like 3 weeks to create and it's around 35 minutes so you can think of much research and effort went into making it. The thumbnail looks fire, at least I think it does. And the topic is related to one of my videos which has received and still receive a lot of views. But this new video, as of 5 days has only received 136 views and 1.8k impressions and it's stuck there!! It has a good ctr and audience view duration and of 136 views, 13 people liked it so people definitely enjoy it. But my question is, why YouTube doesn't show it to more people!?

If it has like 10k impressions but only 100 views, then I can understand that people are not liking it enough to click the video and watch it but even the impression itself being very less makes me question if yt algorithm is showing this video to more people or not...

Before, like in 2024 I could definitely say this video would get more views from browse features, hell even my most viewed videos have received most of the views from browse features like YouTube home and recommendations but now youtube has stopped showing my recent videos to people at their home tab or something and now it's not receiving any views from browse features but only from channel pages, YouTube search etc.

And also, most of the views from this 136 views is from my subscribers. Only very less percent of non subscribers have viewed this video...it means YouTube is showing this video only to my subscribers and not to any new audience? How is this fair.... My recent video (the Christmas & new year one) before this one which is stuck at 110 views also had most views from subscribers only. Something is wrong.

I've contacted yt chat support but they're of no help.

Has youtube shadow banned me or something? Will it be like this from now on? My new videos from now will receive only 100 or so views? Can anyone pls help me get out of this situation?

Here's the link to my latest video which I mentioned: The Dark History of Child Sacrifice

▲ 1 r/GERD

I'm 23M and I have GERD for a long time (more than a few years now)...I suffer from issues like heartburn, feeling something burning moving inside my food pipe, feeling like there's something stuck in throat/food pipe, when drinking water I can feel it slowly moving down, very slowly than normal, stomach feeling full quickly even after eating little, constant burping, spicy burping, some of the food eaten combing back into my mouth along with water when burping (reurgitation), when sometimes these symptoms become severe, there's sudden attacks where my food pipe pains and feels like it's about to explode (sounds silly right? Nobody in my family understands this feeling and find it strange...maybe you guys do).

Because of this I went and saw a gastroenterologist. He gave some tablets like pan 40 and other PPIs and also a anxiety and stress reduction tablet...He first belived that since my age is less and I've only started working in a company as an employee for the first time afte college that I'm experiencing these symptoms cuz of my work stress which was not that believable for me cuz I've been experiencing these symptoms even in my college days.

He told me I have GERD. I took the tablets for the said days and then returned to him and said the issue continue. So he did an endoscopy which found "Lax LES with mild hiatial hernia" and the doc said my esophagial tract is lose (the thing that opens and closes whenever we eat or drink) and lets acid from stomach go back into the food pipe and that's why I have heart burn and said all these won't cause the severe issues that I'm facing and that maybe there's something more that causes this. He told me to take CT Scan Contrast Abdomen and come back...It was many months ago...I didn't take CT scan at that time cuz of the price and wanted to wait and see if these symptoms will go away on its own soon but still now I'm experiencing these symptoms.

So what do you guys suggest? Should I take the CT Scan? Are my symptoms occurring cuz of the lax LES and hiatial hernia found in endoscopy or are there any more causes waiting to be found on the CT scan?

Edit: Forgot to mention I have gallbladder polyps (5 - 6 mm)...Don't know if it's related to these symptoms but just letting you guys know.

Hello,

Long story short, I'm a youtube creator focusing on the History and Mythology niche. I've been uploading videos for 4 years and currently have over 10.4k subscribers. I used to be consistent but not anymore because of my full time job... it's been a long gap since I've uploaded any new full length videos. And the latest videos and shorts have only got very few views (stuck at 100, 1k) which made me lose motivation to create more content. All of my videos require days of research and editing (some even took weeks) so when the videos get way less views it just destroys my motivation.

I've been using AI voices for my videos since my own voice and accent is not that good it seems...I've uploaded a few videos with my own voice but many ppl commented they can't understand me properly so I've gone back to using AI voices.

I'm currently working on a new video and am planning to use my own voice over from now on since people are so fed up with AI nowadays...

Can you guys pls go through my channel and let me know how I can improve?
