Opinions of my side project and platform?

Ive been working hard to get the feel of this website right and the main chunk of this to a good standard.

Id like to know if there's anything you can see instantly and think "I'd change that"! Also, would you use this if you were looking for a career change. Even better if there are any employers here, what do you think - would you use this?

Your opinions are very valuable to help me so thank you for your time!

Link here if you'd like to have a browse for yourself :)

Final part: I finished my project! (If anyone has been following)

https://roleshift.net/

So after what feels like ages I’ve finally done the “easy” bit and made the majority of my website. Super happy with how it turned out.

I’m not going to tell you what it is. I’d like you to guess and put in the comments to see if it’s clear.

Any constructive criticism would be appreciated too!

Also, try out the quiz! Id love to see if it’s accurate enough with more people trying!

I built a job board for career-changers and new grads because I was sick of entry-level yet 3 years experience required…

I’ve spent the last few months building RoleShift in evenings and weekends.
The idea came from being annoyed. Every “entry-level” job wants experience you can’t get without the job. My friends kept saying they wanted out of their careers and had no idea what else they could even do. Nobody tells you that adult apprenticeships are actually very common, or that the NHS (UKs national health service) will pay you to retrain, or that half of apprenticeship starts in England are people over 25.
So it’s a UK job board that only lists employers who’ve said they hire on potential. It’s not live yet, right now the working bit is a free 2-minute career quiz that matches you to a direction with routes into it. No signup needed to see your result.

roleshift.net

I can’t code. It’s all been AI-assisted, which felt like cheating until I realised I was still the one making every decision about what it should actually be. Fair warning: I’ve rebuilt the design about four times and retired a mascot I was weirdly attached to.

What I’d genuinely find useful:
- Take the quiz and tell me if your result felt accurate or like nonsense
- Does the homepage make it obvious what this is within 5 seconds?
- I’ve got zero employers signed up yet — if you’ve hired for a role that trains people, how would you want to be approached?
- web designers/developers if you are reading, what are the next steps to clean up the website and enhance the overall image.

Happy to answer anything about how it was built.

Free coaching - support players

Hello, as the title suggests I’m willing to do free coaching for support players. I’m champion 2 on support Xbox and would only coach Brigg, Kiri and Lucio players as they are who I play to a high level therefore know the most about. Happy to coach other heroes in a lower SR like diamond and below.

I’m doing this free purely for experience as this will be the first time coaching someone.

Feedback is all I ask for and I will happily try my best to help you better your game.

Shoot me a DM if you’d like any help!

Anyone know how the HUT 8 guy is getting on now? There was a post where a young lad had invested a large proportion in this company. Is this still the case? Huge jump today so made me think of him!
