Help! Youth Soccer Practice

I have been "nominated" with the opportunity to coach a soccer team full of 4 year olds. I played a little rec soccer growing up but really have no idea how I should coordinate our 4 pre season practices.

I don't plan on going over 25 minutes each practice. Chances are, my team will have 6 or so players. Should I just split my players and simply let the kids scrimmage each other or could I actually split time on a few drills? How would you organize this?

How Do I Find The Motivation Needed?

I am going through quite the slump. I cannot for the life of me find the energy and motivation to study and pass an exam for work. If I pass this exam it will literally be life changing financially. There are no courses and I have to source my own information. I do have several text books that supposedly holds all of the information needed to be prepared for this exam. I just cannot find the drive to get going. Crazy thing is last year I studied my butt off to pass another exam for work and I got it done. It was stressful and very tiring but I worked through it all. For some reason, I can't get myself going like I did last year. It really is bothering me and just any kind of advice for how to get going would be greatly appreciated.

How To Run OF Practices?

I've been asked to help out with my son's team's outfielders. This is a young group of kids. With 30-40 minutes to work with them separately from the rest of the team each practice, how would you run practice for your outfielders? We have our own field to use separate from our infielders.

Bad Odor

My 4 year old son had tonsil/adenoid surgery on Wednesday. I gave him a nasal saline treatment today and now he can smell that post operation smell everyone talks about. It's really bothering him and I'm just wondering how I can explain it to him so he isn't self conscious. Also, is there anything we can do to mitigate the odor so it doesn't bother him so much?

Should I Replace?

My neighbor gave me their CharBroil Performance gas grill. How shot are these grates and should I just replace them? I've got no money in this grill so I don't mind spending a little if needed.

Who Does Pitcher Back Up (coach pitch)

8U coach pitch coaches, where are you sending your kid who's at the pitcher position after you know the ball isn't hit to them? In other words, who do you have your pitcher backing up and such? Remember, this is for coach pitch and not kid pitch. If you don't mind, list different situations in which you may have them doing things differently. Thanks!

Paint Quality 2017 Rav4 XLE

I bought a used 2017 Rav4 XLE with 92k miles 2 years ago. Long story short - the paint on this vehicle (super white) is chipping/flaking away in various places. The door jams and creases along the doors are most prevalent but also an area along my rear passenger door. Is the paint on these vehicles just that cheap or this typical for a nearly 10 year old vehicle? My parents have the same color paint on a 2011 camry and that car still isn't doing this. My Rav4 was made in Canada and we're located in southeast Alabama.

Walkout Length??

Including the player name and number announcement, how long should each player's walkout be in Ballpark DJ? I've seen a lot say 12 seconds is a good time..but does that include the announcement? Our announcements ar around 5.5 seconds each..would that mean roughly 6.5 seconds after should be music? This is for my kid's 8U team.

Leaving Spectrum Mobile

I have decided to move on from Spectrum. First, the internet service was always out and secondly my new home didn’t have availability for their internet. I decided to keep their mobile service but that has proven to also be awful. Constant service issues, slow speeds and horrible customer support have driven me away. Today, I decided to go back to Verizon prepaid. I called Verizon and started the process. I voiced concerns with the Verizon rep that my billing cycle starts over tomorrow and I’m concerned they will bill me for another month. He ensured me that Spectrum wouldn’t do that as we have already initiated the port process to get my number over to Verizon. He said that he couldn’t activate my eSIM and that a physical SIM was to be delivered tomorrow but not to worry about Spectrum charging for a new month. Anyone else dealt with anything like this and do you actually think Spectrum will be decent people about this and not charge me a new month?
