Never had an issue with bleeding dyes until like 5 years ago aside from maybe like a dark wash denim once in a while. Now it often feels like i can't trust anything. Especially black and red clothes. I wash everything in cold water so it's not from hot water. I have ruined so many clothes because of colors bleeding unexpectedly. Occasionally I've forgotten to check new items or i will have washed something many times before and thought it was safe from any dye bleeding. Nope ruined clothes. Didn't use to happen so it's really not ingrained in my routine. Also I'm tired of washing everything separately. I can't even put dark red and bright red together because the dark red will stain the bright red. It's not the kind of dye issue where it just leaves a slight color cast on everything but big blotchy stains.

I've ended up with such a massive amount of extra syringes I don't know what to do with them and I don't want to just throw them out if I don't have to. The pharmacies keep sending them when I don't even pay/request them, they give you more than you need per order, and then I had also bought a box myself when my original pharmacy started sending me sizes and brands I didn't like.

Does any organization take them? They're either individually sealed in plastic or in sealed plastic packets with like 6 together. The plastic I'm talking about is not a resealable zip lock bag - it's the fully closed plastic with a peel off side or perforated line to rip open. I understand that may still be a safety risk for somewhere to accept but just hoping I don't have to throw them out because I don't like waste.

I just need to rant because this stupid crazy person opened a case against my fine jewelry item she bought claiming the chain is broken. I know for a fact it's not broken and what she is complaining about is the fact that the chain got shaken around in shipping and some of the links are out of position and need to be maneuvered back into place with your hands for it to lay correct. And this is all after days and days and days of her sending all sorts of messages on bundles and 2 failed payments. I thought, she's overzealous about snagging this and her payment excuse sounds plausible so whatever. Nope, instantly "item is damaged/broken" case.

Also by far not the first time an extra talkative person ends up being a nightmare.

Meanwhile the people who literally say absolutely nothing it's a flawless sale every time.

I'm like an inch away from just blocking everyone who messages multiple times before they even buy.

Going through some old internal HDs I had in storage to make sure i've moved everything to the cloud and throw them out when i'm done.

I came across one that I can't mount. It would have been some kind of windows drive (NTFS or exFAT I guess?) from before 2018. It's a WD Red wd20efrx 2TB. I can hear and feel it spinning. It shows up in disk utility on my Mac 14.6.1 but doesn't mount. Error "The disk you attached was not readable by this computer". Mount button is greyed out. First aid fails immediately. My Windows 11 computer can't see the drive at all but makes the "ding" sound as if it's recognized. Doesn't show up in disk management. Using a very old internal to external adapter with AC power plug + usb data. It worked on all my other old internal drives so seems to be an issue with this drive and not the adapter.

I know it's really old. Unlikely anything important is on it as I had made so many backups over the years and just kept throwing the old drives in storage. But if you have any advice for free things to try to mount it or otherwise take a look at the contents it would be appreciated for piece of mind.

The same person keeps sending me offers on one specific item I have for sale and THEY WON'T STOP. Originally I accepted one of them but it didn't go through because their payment method failed. The sale expired or whatever so they made the same offer again some time later. Thinking maybe it was a real person who just had to borrow some money or something (like maybe it was a young person using debit idk) I accepted again. It failed again. At this point I just blocked them because they're either going to cause trouble or suspicious. But now they keep making new accounts and sending more offers. I can tell it's the same person because the usernames are all similar. I just keep declining, blocking, reporting but i'm going insane.

Yesterday a woman physically attacked me and intentionally smashed and broke my phone. I don't have any severe injuries but I have a concussion, some bruising, and some pain.

I'm really freaked out and anxious over the entire situation and trying to figure out all the things I have to do ASAP within time windows for reports/insurance/whatever.

• I didn't go to the hospital but I have an urgent care visit later today. I read I should get something recorded by a doctor?
• I called my homeowners insurance because they will probably cover the phone and if I end up with medical bills and started a claim. I'm scared of my premium will go up A LOT but the first rep I talked to said I could back out of it. I really hope that's true
• I don't have separate phone insurance. (My carrier doesn't offer theft and damage insurance in NY anyways) I saw online that some insurance requires you to get a repair estimate and won't just cover a new phone. I tried to get a formal repair estimate from my phone carrier store just in case but they wanted to take the phone to send out and would just do the repair immediately. My phone is VERY damaged so I didn't trust their "screen repair" and seemed like the worst option because i'd be without a phone for multiple days and they'd wipe it with the repair. It's partially working and I can at least access file transfer atm.
• I got a website from the police to file a claim with some NY gov agency for compensation for crime victims but didn't do that yet because I think I have to check with insurance first and needed to have the new phone cost. Also I don't know if they can cover stuff like my doctor visit.
• Phone is not covered by my credit card because i bought it too long ago.
• I'm taking photos of injuries as they become more visible. The police took photos of the cuts I got.
• I have to get a copy of the police report. I think I have to go to the precinct? Right now I only have the number.

What else should I be doing?
