What happened to the layaway money and customers?
According to Coffeezilla's video (photo 1), Chrystal Law Gorman (also in Coffeezilla video), and one of the early police reports (photo 2), about $20,000 of the legos Bryan Mansell wasn't paid for were on layaway.
That means customers had made some amount of installment payments towards $20,000 worth of legos. If Josh took the legos in the Uhaul the night he took the store and kicked Chrystal out none of those customers would have gotten their lego sets? What happened to the layaway money? Has anyone been contacted by the layaway customers or has anyone tried to find and talk to them? Did they steal these people's money also?

Yesterday a woman physically attacked me and intentionally smashed and broke my phone. I don't have any severe injuries but I have a concussion, some bruising, and some pain.
I'm really freaked out and anxious over the entire situation and trying to figure out all the things I have to do ASAP within time windows for reports/insurance/whatever.

- I had a video of her and gave that to the police
- I didn't go to the hospital but I have an urgent care visit later today. I read I should get something recorded by a doctor?
- I called my homeowners insurance because they will probably cover the phone and if I end up with medical bills and started a claim. I'm scared of my premium will go up A LOT but the first rep I talked to said I could back out of it. I really hope that's true
- I don't have separate phone insurance. (My carrier doesn't offer theft and damage insurance in NY anyways) I saw online that some insurance requires you to get a repair estimate and won't just cover a new phone. I tried to get a formal repair estimate from my phone carrier store just in case but they wanted to take the phone to send out and would just do the repair immediately. My phone is VERY damaged so I didn't trust their "screen repair" and seemed like the worst option because i'd be without a phone for multiple days and they'd wipe it with the repair. It's partially working and I can at least access file transfer atm.
- I got a website from the police to file a claim with some NY gov agency for compensation for crime victims but didn't do that yet because I think I have to check with insurance first and needed to have the new phone cost. Also I don't know if they can cover stuff like my doctor visit.
- Phone is not covered by my credit card because i bought it too long ago.
- I'm taking photos of injuries as they become more visible. The police took photos of the cuts I got.
- I have to get a copy of the police report. I think I have to go to the precinct? Right now I only have the number.
What else should I be doing?
