How was it?

I cant invest months preparing for subjects that'll get l**ked. Today S1 Math and Sociology also got l**ked. Is doing a lvls even safe atp?

Hey so I took 10 subs in Olvls, did take addmaths asw. 3 A*s and a distinction the first year and now expecting A*s inshallah in O3 asw. Ive decided on Physics, Maths, Computer Science, Further Maths, and Chemistry as my A Lvl subs. Anyone who has this combo- is it realistically possible to get 5A*s.

I wanna start gym, and gain weight and pure muscle. Can anyone help me out regarding the weekly routine and diet. Like a Push Pull Legs day or smth like A Chest and Tricep then back and bicep day. How does it work and which one is ideal for what I want. I can dedicate 1 and a half hour to 2 hrs to Gym per day
