Hello, yesterday I plugged in a Magic DMX Full Dongle in a new theater just to patch the show and it was cutting my output every few minutes. What could be the issue? There were not such problems with Art net node. Should I put splitter after the dongle to prevent this in the future?

I currently own Eurolite EDX4 and Elation DP-DMX20L and the problem with Eurolite is that it doesn't have smooth dimmer curve, it goes straight to 20% and problem with Elation is that it is too noisy.
