68 sessions, one form start, and people still vanish. what sucks about this page?

bros, I built a free AI profitability audit for real estate brokerages and the data is confusing me a bit.

The page:

https://adonisautomates.com/brokerage-ai-profitability-audit/

The audit itself:

https://adonisautomates.com/automation-audit/?embed=1

What it is for:

A broker answers questions about lead follow up, sales, daily work, and money. They get a score, then they can book a call. I also offer to build one small workflow for free after the call.

What Microsoft Clarity showed over the last 30 days:

→ 68 sessions from 58 users

→ 54 came from Instagram

→ 5 exact audit page sessions came from Instantly

→ 3 came from YouTube

→ 2 came from LinkedIn

→ 2 came from Google

→ 2 came from X

→ average scroll was 75%

→ average active time was 1.6 minutes

→ 5 sessions had dead clicks

→ 3 sessions had quick backs

→ 1 tracked form start came from Instagram

→ zero form starts came from Instantly

→ zero tracked bookings

The cold email UTM had 6 campaign sessions from 4 people. All of them were on Mobile Safari. Average scroll was 45% and average active time was 4 seconds.

My current theory is that I somehow made a free audit feel like homework lmao.

There is a video, a lot of proof, then an 8 step form. Step one asks for a name, work email, and phone number before showing any result.

Would love brutal feedback on a few things:

→ does the first screen make sense in 5 seconds?

→ is the main CTA clear?

→ is the page too long?

→ should the form come before the video and proof?

→ would you give contact info on step one?

→ what would you remove first?

Please check mobile first since most of the traffic is mobile.

The Clarity project is private, so I pasted the exact numbers here rather than linking people to a screen they cannot open.

You can send messages with ChatGPT/Codex, but what's the sweet spot before Meta detects it?

Hey guys, not sure if this is the right place for me to ask but with ChatGPT Work/Codex, you can technically automate your logged in browser session and it will act as if you're sending each message yourself through a logged in whatsapp chrome window.

Problem is that I sometimes get hit with a 24 hour restriction. Has someone tested this a lot and can tell me:

- Does it happen only when I message new numbers?

- Does it happen also when I send a similar looking message to current chats?

- Does it happen even if I vary the messages to current chats?

If so, has anyone figured out a cadence for this yet?

Help needed: why is my landing page not converting?

Hey guys,

does anyone have experience in making landing pages convert?

Current flow: cold email via instantly -> send them to a free audit tool on my website -> get qualification information -> they either get the automated report or I tell them "i will personally deliver you the results on a call and we'll discuss how we can help improve these" (basically these are qualified)

I have basic Google Analytics 4 set up, I think one part of the problem is that my Cold Email isn't converting THAT much...but also the people I'm sending across aren't filling out the form as such. I just set up UTM to track this properly.

I know one lead got the automated report (not very qualified) but now I'm realising that I have no way of nurturing someone like that as well.

So yeah....

Can someone audit my landing page? Happy to send the link in DMs and give you more context if required.

Dubai brokerage owners: can I buy you coffee and ask about your biggest operational bottlenecks?

Hey everyone, I’m building AI services and automations for Dubai real estate brokerages (works for other countries as well though), and I’d like to speak with brokerage owners or senior operators here.

A few things I’d love to learn:

  • Where leads, follow-ups, listings, agents, reporting, or admin work usually break down
  • What tasks your team repeats every week that should probably be automated
  • Where AI tools sound useful but don’t feel practical yet
  • What kind of automation would actually save time or increase revenue in a brokerage
  • Where Dubai brokerages usually hang out, network, or meet other owners

If you own or run a brokerage in Dubai, I’d be happy to buy you coffee/lunch and ask questions for 20 to 30 minutes. Also open to recommendations for events, cafes, communities, WhatsApp groups, or business spots where brokerage owners tend to spend time.

Consult Alex directly on your business by querying his videos

Hey guys I prepared this for myself originally then shared it with a friend who got a lot of value from it, basically I ran a scraper on all of his vids + moremozi channel (like around June 20th ish). Here's the link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1TxTC-Uygi_vZoPt5xGCQ6u8zQEwczMkl/view?usp=drivesdk

Basically, download it, point your Claude/Codex towards it (ideally the AI that has the most context about your business) and ask it specific questions. Not as good as ACQ AI but I mean it's something.

if you don't wanna download the ZIP file (shady af) then what you need to do is ask Claude/Codex to launch a yt-dlp scraper on all of Alex's vids and MoreMozi vids then arrange them in a format that is the easiest to query for AI.

If this helps even one of you, remember me in your prayers as I embrace the suck of growing my business lol.

Budget meal options in Dubai/Sharjag

My friend and I were having a discussion on whether you can eat healthy if you’re really on a TIGHT budget in Dubai/Sharjah. So the question is:

What are budget meals you’ll make/order that are healthy (have sufficient protein) and can be mix-matched with other options so you can survive an entire month?

My take: Capricorn bread (you get like 15 slices for 3.5 aed) and eggs. Throw in some veggies /cheese and you got yourself good sandwiches.
