Is very similar to an Arab word of very profane meaning that is "Manyook" "منيوك" which means someone who is on the receiving end of Jalal Suyuti

الحمد لله و الصلاة و السلام على رسول الله و على آله و صحبه و من اهتدى بهداه

Abu Bakr Al Baqillani (died 403AH/1013CE) is one of the heads of the Ashariyya and is, no doubt, a kaafir

He said in his creed, Al Insaaf الإنصاف

"We say that the words of Allaah are an eternal attribute not needing a tool such as a voice, letter or exit from Allaah" page 75

"It must be known that Allaah's speech is not described as being made of letters, voices or anything related to creation"

بل نقول إن كلامه صفة له قديمة لا يحتاج فيه إلى أداة من صوت أو حرف أو مخرج"

[الإنصاف ص ٧٥]

وقال أيضًا : "ويجب أن يعلم أن الله لا يتصف كلامه القديم بالحروف والأصوات ولا شيء من صفات الخلق" .

Imam Abdullaah ibn Ahmad ibn Hanbal said as related in السنة As-Sunnah:

I asked my father (may Allaah have mercy on him) about some people who say: "When Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, spoke to Moses, He did not speak with a voice."

My father replied: "Rather, yes. Your Lord, the Mighty and Majestic, spoke with a voice. We narrate these hadiths as they have come."

My father (may Allaah have mercy on him) also said regarding the hadith of Ibn Mas'ud (may Allaah be pleased with him):

"When Allaah, the Mighty and Majestic, speaks, a sound is heard from Him like the dragging of a chain over a smooth rock."

My father said: "The Jahmiyya deny this."

He also said: "These people are disbelievers. They seek to confuse the people. Whoever claims that Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, did not speak is a disbeliever. Indeed, we narrate these hadiths as they have come."

سَأَلْتُ أَبِي رحمه الله عَنْ قَوْمٍ، يَقُولُونَ: لَمَّا كَلَّمَ اللَّهُ عزّ وجل مُوسَى لَمْ يَتَكَلَّمْ بِصَوْتٍ ؟

فَقَالَ أَبِي: «بَلَى إِنَّ رَبَّكَ عزّ وجل تَكَلَّمَ بِصَوْتٍ هَذِهِ الْأَحَادِيثُ نَرْوِيهَا كَمَا جَاءَتْ».

وَقَالَ أَبِي رحمه الله: حَدِيثُ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ رضي الله عنه: إِذَا تَكَلَّمَ اللَّهُ عزّ وجل سُمِعَ لَهُ صَوْتٌ كَجَرِّ السِّلْسِلَةِ عَلَى الصَّفْوَانِ». قَالَ أَبِي: وَهَذَا الْجَهْمِيَّةُ تُنْكِرُهُ، وَقَالَ أَبِي: هَؤُلَاءِ كُفَّارٌ يُرِيدُونَ أَنْ يُمَوِّهُوا عَلَى النَّاسِ، مَنْ زَعَمَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ عزّ وجل لَمْ يَتَكَلَّمْ فَهُوَ كَافِرٌ، أَلَا إِنَّا نَرْوِي هَذِهِ الْأَحَادِيثَ كَمَا جَاءَتْ.

Al Khallaal related from Abu Bakr Al Marwazi: I heard Ahmad when he was told: Abd Al Wahab spoke and said: Whoever claims that Allaah spoke to Musa without a voice is a Jahmi enemy of Allaah

Ahmad smiled and said: How perfect is his speech, may Allaah grant him wellbeing!

قال الخلال: وأنبأنا أبو بكر المروزي: سمعت أبا عبد الله - أحمد بن حنبل - وقيل له: إن عبد الوهاب قد تكلم وقال: من زعم أن الله كلم موسى بلا صوت فهو جهمي عدو الله وعدو الإسلام فتبسم أبو عبد الله وقال ما أحسن ما قال عافاه الله

Ibn Taymiyyah said: "Imams of the sunnah said that those who deny that Allaah speaks with a voice are Jahmiyya as related from imam Ahmad when asked about those who say Allaah speaks without a voice he said: Those are Jahmiyya and their words only revolve around denial of attributes of Allaah

وَكَانَ أَئِمَّةُ السُّنَّةِ يَعُدُّونَ مَنْ أَنْكَرَ تَكَلُّمَهُ بِصَوْتِ مِنْ الْجَهْمِيَّة كَمَا قَالَ الْإِمَامُ أَحْمَد لَمَّا سُئِلَ عَمَّنْ قَالَ إنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَتَكَلَّمُ بِصَوْتِ فَقَالَ: هَؤُلَاءِ جهمية إنَّمَا يَدُورُونَ عَلَى التَّعْطِيلِ

مجموع الفتاوى (١٢/٣٠٥)

And this is clear kufr from this Ashari enemy of Islam may Allaah save us from his fate

The prophet ﷺ said that the sign of the hypocrite is lying and also, being excessive in criticism and hatred when he differs with a man

Also I forgot that he promised to enter mubahala but he escaped it because he is afraid of asking Allaah to damn the misguided

And with all these pathetic lies, he knows very well he's lying about the sunnah because of some worldly desire he has which is:

Loving kufaar and innovators to feel more comfortable in this world

May the curse of Allaah be upon Al Husseini the liar

Be mindful that Muhammad ibn Shams Ad-Deen حفظه الله is not only a Muslim unlike the Shia

But he's also a legitimate descendant of Al Hussein, may Allaah be pleased with him

Unlike the enemies of Allaah, the Shia, who fake lineages (their lineages cannot be valid ever because they commit zina and consider it permissible)

Ruling on reciting quran in some graduation ceremony that could have music and probably has praise of rulers, is it permissible? I saw some fatwa from shaykh abdurahman Al barrak saying that it is not permissible to recite quran at the beginning of a celebration that contains lahw and laghw

I would like to link the fatwa but I can’t but if you write in Arabic ruling on reciting ayat of Quran at the beginning of a celebration you will find it

I am asking since one of the people at the school administration put me in a very difficult position where he begged me to recite Quran and said I am only asking you this order from you( and also this person has done a lot for me), not only that but even the Islamic teacher wants me to read

So yea what is the ruling on if I recite Quran at the graduation ceremony.

EDIT: I WANTED TO EDIT THE TITLE OF THE POST TO WHAT IS THE RULING ON RECITING QURAN AT GRADUATION CEREMONY AND NOT AT THE BEGINNING OF THE GRADUATION CERMONY BUT I COULD’NT SO THATS WHY I WROTE THIS EDIT HERE
