question about AC cable for Seasonic PSU (C19 connector)

Hello, I purchased a Seasonic TX-1600 (ATX 3.0) PSU.

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C571LRNB?ref=cm_sw_r_cp_ud_dp_4ZSZDZP6KQ9S4TNTFXA4

It works fine, but I noticed the AC power cord does not fit snugly / tightly into the socket on the PSU. Rather, it remains relatively loose, and can be pulled out with minimal effort.

I'm hoping this is a problem with the cord itself, as opposed to the socket on the PSU. I emailed Seasonic to request a replacement AC cord, but they responded that they don't have proprietary AC cords and I can just purchase one of my choice with the following specs:

(From their support response:)

"Please note that Seasonic power cords are not proprietary from our brand, thus, you can purchase a third-party cable from any retail shop. For your PSU the required specifications are as follow:

  • Rated for 250V AC
  • Rated for 16A
  • Equipped with a C19 connector"

After doing some research, I've settled on these two cords:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D1RJWXM9?ref=cm_sw_r_cp_ud_dp_HZD81H74TV84QNRJRP5Z

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CKSXKLPS?ref=cm_sw_r_cp_ud_dp_FBRJB1ZE8HH2YS2NQ4J9

But I want to make sure I'm making the right choice. Will these be appropriate for my Seasonic PSU? Should I look at getter a different cord/brand?

thanks.

Does anyone else have terrible stuttering on the final map of onslaught T2 & T3?

It’s especially bad if you scope in with any kind of rifle scope. If anyone has a fix for this, please share.

The stuttering only seems to happen on the final map… or sometimes it will start towards the end of the second map (wave 4)

question on how new AMD cpu driver service works

hello, i have owned and used the 7800x3d for several years now. a couple days ago i updated my bios motherboard, and doing so enabled a relatively new AMD driver service called "AMD Application Compatibility Database Service" or "AmdAppCompatSvc". From what I could find online, apparently this service whitelists certain high priority apps like games and assists W11 in assigning their tasks to the right CPU thread. If I am mistaken in how this works, please clarify.

anyways, since I use this pc mainly for gaming, this seems like a good new driver/service. However, I've seen a few people online say that this service only works when other services are active. One person said this relies on "Xbox Game Bar", saying that game bar identifies the game exes and processes, and then tells the AMD service it's a priority task. In other words, if Xbox game bar weren't running, the AMD service cannot distinguish between game exes and tasks versus all other random processes running.

I would like to get some clarification from AMD on if this is true. Are there any W11 processes this new service relies on? and is there anything else needed to further optimize how it runs?

Thanks
